I was on the hunt for the perfect Audi A5 and ended up finding one that fit all of my criteria at Bell Audi. Being from out of state we were a bit nervous but right from the start Ramzi was very prompt and attentive in getting us all of the information we needed without being about to physically see the car. There was no pressure to rush up to see the car as he worked with us over the phone to make us feel comfortable enough that we could get to the price range and financing we needed; we were then willing to make the drive up to New Jersey. Once we arrived at the dealership Ramzi was right there to greet us and make us feel welcome. He had the car ready to go for a test drive and had already gotten a head start on the financing which saved us a lot of waiting time. We then started the negotiation process which included a trade in. After minimal back and forth we were able to get to a monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. From start to finish there was no doubt that Ramzi went out of his way to show a personal touch. I have had my car for 24 hours and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I went in to buy a used A4.
