I have been searching for a CPO Audi A8L for the past couple years. I have had an A4 (1.8T) & an A6 (4.2L). After searching regularly, I finally found the CPO A8L that I was searching for at Bell Audi couple years. I have had an A4 (1.8T) & an A6 (4.2L). After searching regularly, I finally found the CPO A8L that I was searching for at Bell Audi in Edison, NJ. I reside in Massachusetts; however, an A8L w/ all the options, color combination, wheels, etc. w/ ONLY 15K is RARE to say the least. I handled all of the details over the phone & on email and within 4 days had worked out a deal on my trade (2000 A6, 4.2L) + the purchase of the 2007 A8L. Jack Russell went above & beyond what any "Business Manager" at any dealership ever has! Jim Todd was very accomodating & extremely customer service oriented. Albert Nkansa knows his Audis! Albert set up my blackberry on bluetooth wireless & explained very single option that this car had to offer; all while being pressed for time as my schedule was very tight; he works great under pressure. Follow up questions I had weeks later were met w/ contunied excellent customer service from Jack, Albert & Jim. I never knew anything of "Bell Audi" previously (I wish they were in MA, as they would be stiff competition for the local Audi Dealerships); however, after my first hand excellent experience, I have now recommended Bell Audi to my many friends & business colleagues in New Jersey. I purchased a certified 2007 A6 from Bell Audi and couldn't be happier. The salesman that i dealt with was Ramzi Amawi. He was EXTREMELY friendly, sharp and professional. I had been looking for sometime to buy a good used Lexus RX350 and found one in the Bell Audi inventory. Made a call to the dealership to find out the details and was forwarded to Kiki. I explained that we were Cdns looking to buy and he was more than helpful. He gave us all the necessary details of the vehicle and even provided more pictures than were on the web site. Further he pointed out some usual wear and tear that was not evident from the pictures. After we agreed to the price the follow up paper work was flawless. We advised that we were flying in to Newark and Kiki offered to pick us up at the airport. On our travel day he call to confirm our arrival and he was at the passanger pick up as promised. We went to the dealership and were favourably imbressed - met Jack Russell and everything went smoothly and as planned. The vehicle was better than expected and as we were departing both Jack and Kiki gave us their cell phone numbers in the event that we had trouble driving back to Canada or at the border. The only issue was that we developed a small oil leak on the way home but on investiagation we found that the service tech did not tighten the drain plug - no big deal. Overall an excellent experience as a result of Kiki and his attention to detail. Thanks Kiki More

He did not charge me more per month because he said it would not be fair to wait a month for the exact A4 I ordered. I am very happy with the car and appreciate what he did for me. He also gave me a very helpful long test drive of the car to really get a feel. Al in all very helpful salesman! Go to him! The dealership is very good and they do work with you. Thanks Bell Audi! Well this was my first luxury car experience which didn't set the tone for what I expected. When you think of buying a luxury car, you would want to feel important, special, and proud that your spending your set the tone for what I expected. When you think of buying a luxury car, you would want to feel important, special, and proud that your spending your hard earned money wisely buying a quality vehicle from a dealer that would deliver you a seamless transaction than the typical stories you hear over the years of car dealers. It was too good to be true, I found a reasonably priced Blk on Blk "certified" pre-owned A4. Problem was that Bell Audi was located over 2 hr away from me. Ok, I take a road trip with my girlfriend only to enter a war zone of an area for one, and to be quickly rushed through the buying process. In no time fast, I was signing off on the docs, being convinced to buy the "Audi Care package" that was suppose to cover the timing belt at the 75k service interval. Later down the road I found out you get screwed, because it's not covered in the program after numerous calls to corporate and Bell Audi, which Bell denied up and down that the belt was covered. From there, the detailers manage to botch my delivery by putting swirls in the paint, rushing the job towards the end of the day just to get me out of there dealership quickly. Of course I get home only to notice I had to take it to a good detailer to reverse the horrible job they've done, adding more expense. Upon my first week of ownership, I noticed things like a non-working cigarette lighter among other little things (random clicking in the wheels) were wrong with this supposed "cerified" pre-owned car. I doubt this dealership even did much as gas the car let alone inspect it for any flaws before it was sold to me as a certified pre-owned car. Thank god I had Winner Audi of Delaware nearby to fix all these issues while still under warranty. This assured me that good people in dealership DO exist. PLEASE do yourself a favor, keep on driving if you see the sign for BELL AUDI and get the notion to pull over for a quick look or a test drive. WHAT REAL xxxx.... More
