Albert was my sales person in purchasing a 2011 Audi Q7 for my wifes birhthday. His low key no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air as I am very low key guy. Albert was very accomodating when it came to the two trade ins including my son's car. He was flexible and fair. In addition he was very helpful in explaining the technology of the car to both my wife and I on seperate occasions. When at the dealership I had his total attention the entire duration whenever I was there. Albert is also very enthusiastic about the product he is selling in his communication with the customer not to mention owning two Audi vehicles himself. From the moment we started working with Ramzi, he made it his mission to do everything possible to meet our needs. Ramzi is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, listened carefully to our requests and has excellent communication skills. Before leaving the dealership, he made sure the car was totally detailed inside and out and went over all the features of the vehicle with us! Unfortunately, we had a tire blow-out the following day (no fault of the car), but fortunately for us ... the low tire pressure light came on to warn us and we were able to pull over safely and Audi Roadside Assistance came immediately to our rescue! Identified the dealer for a specific pre-owned vehicle that was not available elsewhere in NYC metro area. Waited over 2 hours, despite having made appointment to see salesman at particular time. Despite good faith negotiations on price, salesman was not able to honor agreed upon price, as the sales manager overruled him. Soon after delivery, I identified a missing part, critical to the legal operation of the vehicle, and I brought it to the attention of the dealer. They refused to install the part or reimburse me for the cost if I were to have part installed elsewhere. Accordingly, I was not able to operate my vehicle, until a later date after I had no choice but to incur the personal cost and inconvenience. Dealer did not take any responsibility for such inexcusable oversight. Dealer is totally focused on dollars and cents and recording a sale transaction, with limited regard for customer satisfaction. I recommend you go elsewhere for your Audi. More

Ramzi also stayed almost 2 hours after the 8 PM closing time to complete my purchase as well. Jack Russell, the business manager was also very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the warranties and financing related questions. Jack stayed well beyond the closing time of the dealership of 8 PM to finish the paperwork related to the purchase of the Volvo. Jack explained the warranties and how they worked completely and throughly and did not try to sell me anything but rather let me as the customer decide what I would like and could afford to purchase as this was a car for my daughter. I went to Bell Audi after seeing an A4 on their website I was interested in. Ramzi Amawi saw me and my friend searching around the parking lot for the car and asked if we needed help. Apparently the car had been sold that week, but the buyer's financing had been denied. So Ramzi took the time to go find the car for me so I could test drive it right then. After the test drive I was pretty sure I was going to seal the deal, it was in great condition and I had looked into the pricing and it was very fair, but I told Ramzi I would be back in a few days. At no time did I feel like he was pressuring me or that he was being less than genuine. As a 25 year old female it was important to me that I didn't feel like I was being treated with any less respect or any differently than let's say a middle aged man would be. I came back two days later and Ramzi and Jack Russell worked everything out in under 2 hours for me that night. Jack made sure Audi brought their financing rate down to match the rate my bank would give me, and explained everything I needed to know about what I was signing and what it entailed. I drove the car home that night and I couldn't be happier. Oh and also, I left something in my car that I traded in that night, and Ramzi called me about it the next day. I would recommend that any of my friends or family members looking into buying an Audi come here. Ramzi and Jack were both great, it is definitely a dealership with employees I trust. More
