Jack Russell, the business manager was also very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the warranties and financing related questions. Jack stayed well beyond the closing time of the dealership of 8 PM to finish the paperwork related to the purchase of the Volvo. Jack explained the warranties and how they worked completely and throughly and did not try to sell me anything but rather let me as the customer decide what I would like and could afford to purchase as this was a car for my daughter. I went to Bell Audi after seeing an A4 on their website I was interested in. Ramzi Amawi saw me and my friend searching around the parking lot for the car and asked if we needed help. Apparently the car had been sold that week, but the buyer's financing had been denied. So Ramzi took the time to go find the car for me so I could test drive it right then. After the test drive I was pretty sure I was going to seal the deal, it was in great condition and I had looked into the pricing and it was very fair, but I told Ramzi I would be back in a few days. At no time did I feel like he was pressuring me or that he was being less than genuine. As a 25 year old female it was important to me that I didn't feel like I was being treated with any less respect or any differently than let's say a middle aged man would be. I came back two days later and Ramzi and Jack Russell worked everything out in under 2 hours for me that night. Jack made sure Audi brought their financing rate down to match the rate my bank would give me, and explained everything I needed to know about what I was signing and what it entailed. I drove the car home that night and I couldn't be happier. Oh and also, I left something in my car that I traded in that night, and Ramzi called me about it the next day. I would recommend that any of my friends or family members looking into buying an Audi come here. Ramzi and Jack were both great, it is definitely a dealership with employees I trust. More

We are long time Lexus owners and were tired of our LS 460 and wanted to trade down to a smaller, sportier sedan. We looked at the Lexus, the BMW 3 Series, Infiniti and a local Audi dealer. The Audi was the superior choice but the financial package (lease & trade in value) was way off the mark by quite a wide margin. Instead of settling for another car I decided to search the internet for another dealer. That took us to Bell Audi and eventually Marc. I spoke with him on the phone several times, told him exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. On the last call he assured me we had the basis for a deal and that I should come over. The rest is history; Marc lived up to his word and spent a considerable amount of time with us while going through the preparation process. Jack Russell was equally nice and very professional. He explained everything we needed to know about the lease and also provided an effective soft sell of Audi Care and Tire Protection.
