After taking the car to an auto body for repairs I was informed that the car had been in a previous accident and shoddy repairs were made to the cars body. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of purchase. LET THAT BE A WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS. And if I wasn't in an accident I would have never found out! If you buy a car there you deserve what you get. It’s October 2023, and it’s been 3 months since I purchased my rs5 at Bell Audi. Recently the car was making strange noise while driving so I brought it to another dealership to diagnose only to find out that the shocks and struts are bad on the entire car, Something NOT covered under the certified pre owned warranty. I’ve bought a few cars over the years and this was the worst car buying experience of my life. Literally the week I drove off the lot, things starting going wrong. My key fob died the day after I took the car home, I changed the battery and it still doesn’t work half the time. Not a big deal right? If you have $700.00 for a new key to be programmed for you car!! I called and emailed my salesman Ade and he replied TWO weeks later. It’s been three months since I purchased my car and I’m still waiting for the second key they promised me when I bought the car!! Then it took TWO months to get the registration for the car. I contacted the sales manager Eric Feldman. I contacted him several times and every time he replied “ I’ll look into it and get back to you” he never did resolve any of the issues I am having with the car. Keep in mind I just paid more then $65,000 for this pre-owned car! Every car I ever purchased, always had an inspection sticker and this car should have still had the NEW car sticker on it, it’s not even four years old. This car had no sticker. The general manager made nothing but false and empty promises from the beginning, just like his subordinates. The situation is so bad that the Attorney general of New Jersey and consumer affairs is now investigating the case. I didn’t know that Bell Audi has a D- rating with the BBB, I wish I knew before I went there. Please check out the BBB website and take a look at the numerous complaints. Also check out the reviews elsewhere, there are many and we can’t all be wrong! If your looking for a stressful buying experience then Bell Audi is your dealership. If you want to be ignored after you drive off the lot, then Bell Audi is your dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Seriously. READ THE COMPLAINTS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE! ITS EYE OPENING FOR ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYER!! UPDATE: Its January 2024 and Below you will see the management replying to my review. They sold me a car which was not able to pass inspection (brake pads) and is unsafe to drive. After I reported this, they refused to make pads replacement, although sales person guaranteed the car safety b (brake pads) and is unsafe to drive. I am writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Bell Audi's deceitful tactics and unprofessional behavior. My experience with this dealership has been a never-ending nightmare, filled with lies, of Bell Audi's deceitful tactics and unprofessional behavior. My experience with this dealership has been a never-ending nightmare, filled with lies, broken promises, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It all started when I purchased a vehicle from Bell Audi. I was assured that the registration process would be handled promptly and efficiently. But what I got instead was a series of lies and excuses from Barry, the person I was dealing with. Barry told me that the registration application had been submitted, but when I asked for proof or a tracking number, he became evasive and hostile. He warned me not to call the DMV to check on the status of my application, claiming that it would "stop the progress" of the application. I was skeptical, but I trusted Barry and followed his advice. Big mistake. As it turned out, Bell Audi had never submitted my registration application. The temporary license had expired, and I was forced to stop driving my vehicle. When I called the dealership to express my frustration, the receptionist told me that she had been informed by a manager that if I got stopped by law enforcement, the dealership would "take care" of the ticket. However, when I asked her to provide this assurance in writing, she refused. It was clear that Bell Audi was more interested in covering their own backsides than in providing honest and transparent service to their customers. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Bell Audi's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a culture of lies, deceit, and unprofessionalism. To anyone considering doing business with Bell Audi, I urge you to think twice. This dealership is not to be trusted. They will lie to you, deceive you, and leave you high and dry when things go wrong. Rating: 0/10 *Recommendation:* Avoid Bell Audi at all costs. Take your business elsewhere, where you'll be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism. PS: I have since contacted the DMV and the state's Attorney General's office to report Bell Audi's deceptive practices. I urge others who have had similar experiences to do the same. When I finally reached out to them to inquire about the status of my registration, they told me that they had submitted the paperwork, but that there was an issue with my address. I was shocked and confused. I had provided Bell Audi with my driver's license, which clearly showed my correct address. But when I asked them to explain why they had claimed that my address was the problem, they simply shrugged it off and told me that it was the DMV's fault. I decided to investigate further and contacted the DMV directly. To my surprise, they informed me that Bell Audi had never submitted my registration paperwork. In fact, the DMV had no record of my vehicle or my registration application. But that wasn't the end of it. When I confronted Bell Audi about their lies, they changed their story again. This time, they claimed that they had submitted the paperwork, but that there was an issue with my name. Specifically, they claimed that they had accidentally put my first name as my last name. I was stunned. How could a reputable dealership like Bell Audi make such a simple mistake? And why were they continuing to lie to me about it? As the days turned into weeks, I continued to get the runaround from Bell Audi. They provided me with multiple false filing dates, and even claimed that they had filed the paperwork, but couldn't provide me with a tracking number. Meanwhile, I was stuck in limbo, unable to register my vehicle or drive it legally. The DMV, tax town, and other authorities all confirmed that my information was clear and that there was no reason why my registration should be held up. But Bell Audi continued to blame everyone and everything except themselves. It was a breathtaking display of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and deceit. In conclusion, my experience with Bell Audi has been a disaster from start to finish. Their lies, deceit, and unprofessionalism have caused me untold stress, anxiety, and financial hardship. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. To anyone considering doing business with Bell Audi, I urge you to think twice.
