Firstly, please send updated temporary tags since it is now 23 January 2024 and my current temporary tags expired 19 November 2023. Secondly, I have called that number (with extension) and left several messages but never received a return call. So I’m assuming your canned response is what your management has advised you to say. If you’re serious, you won’t wait for me to call because you have all of my contact information and you can initiate the discussion. I’ll update this message once I hear from you. Otherwise, it should be known and quite clear that the Audi Corporation neither cares about customer service nor righting this wrong.

This is not an issue that you can resolve. This is over your head, a discussion directly with Bell Audi owner needs to be had. I was given bad information to the point where I almost changed an engine in the car I purchased from you only to find out it was the AC compressor that seized I almost spent thousands of dollars! I still spent thousands between tows, parts and finally fixing the xxxx car! Your people do not know what they are doing!!! SHAME ON YOU!
