I was undecided between an SUV and a sedan this time around and decided to see what Audi had to offer. The folks at Bell Audi steered me toward the newly redesigned 2017 A4 sedan, which now has state of the art electronics in addition to the legendary Quattro driving performance. I was sold...but they did not have the color combination I wanted. Within 2 days, they brought in the car I wanted AND actually brought it to me when I had a transportation problem getting to the dealership. I really can't say enough about the service I received here. Give Bell Audi a try - you will not be disappointed! More
Marc Is Basically Family Now My husband and I have been coming to Bell Audi and Marc Levine specifically since 2010. At this point we see him more often than we see some relatives! We leased our first A4 with him when we finally were ready for a more sophisticated sedan. He has always taken great care of us making sure we get the car we had set out for at the best price. We particularly love his efficiency taking a task that would normally take a whole day and getting it done properly in a fraction of the time. When our lease ended on our 2013 A4 at the same time we moved to the suburbs {needing a second car} we went to Marc. Addicted to the Audi quality, we each had to get one, 2016 Q5 and the 2017 A4- which is an unbelievable ride with exceptional technology to match. Very happy as usual with the service and experience. End of Lease We love our Audi convertible A5. We are at the end of our lease and due to financial issues we are unable to afford another lease. Our previous expe We love our Audi convertible A5. We are at the end of our lease and due to financial issues we are unable to afford another lease. Our previous experience with Bell Audi has been good and bad. Our first lease we bought the tire protection and when it came time to use it there were all kinds of issues with what was and was not under warrantee. We made it through that. Our next Audi we had no problems with it and did not buy the tire protection after our previous experience. We had no problems turning in #2 and getting #3. We had intended to just look at the new ones to decide if we wanted to get another one, our lease still had some time left on it. We worked out a deal for a new lease, they took our car which was not cleaned or prepped for a return. They did a quick look and in 3 of 4 hours we were in our new lease. NOW it is time to turn this one in, and inspector came to the house and wrote a report that is going to cost us over $1,200. If he could have added bird poop to the list of things to charge us for he would have. The car is in excellent shape inside and outside. It has the normal wear and tear for a car that is 3 and 1/2 years old. I will never lease another car from any dealership. And I would never go back to Bell Audi for anything even if I wanted another Audi. I love the cars but the dealership is not something we are happy with. We also had a problem with our breaks, during the winter when we pulled out of our drive way the brakes started squeaking when you applied the break and continued. We thought we needed brakes.We had the car back there 2 or 3 time and they insisted it was normal and there was nothing wrong with the breaks. It is normal to have them squealing. They finally fixed the problem but told us they did something to make it stop, but there was nothing wrong. We though of buying the lease but they would not work with us on the price. Apparently they are not so meticulous if you are getting another car from the dealership but if you're not you are so screwed when your car is inspected for return. More
Bunch of Unprofessionals & arrogant people!! On the day when I finalized the deal, Eric Thokaai made me wait by telling "you can take the car home in few hours", asked me to pay down payment of $ On the day when I finalized the deal, Eric Thokaai made me wait by telling "you can take the car home in few hours", asked me to pay down payment of $3500/- which I did immediately (On asking questions, reply was all will be discussed when you sit with the fiancé personal), was pretty excited. But, after making me wait for more that 3 hours (with my pregnant wife), he told me they need some additional document, and cannot allow me to take the car home. Well, I promised them by providing document so they can process on Monday, which I did, thought of receiving car by immediate Friday or Saturday (Eric Thokaai said yes too), after that I had to call and follow up to know the status of my car (Once you pay them they don't care coz you are hooked), finally, after too much of back and forth I was called on Friday to discuss with finance personal and to take the car home. Note: Met another Unprofessional & rude person This guys Ryan Schmidt, started showing all the various schemes, and upon questions, was explaining me how the internal process works and the job duty of Eric T & himself. my simple question was why was I not informed about all this before finalizing the deal, his answer was again on explaining the internal process, Ryan was not at all convincing, and was telling us he would rather go home and spend time with his daughters then spending time with us on this discussion, after arguing for more than 1hr, we decided to cancel the deal. Ryan filled the form and said we will receive money back into our account in 1 week. I was constantly following up ever alternate day for next 2 week over phone & email, neither they called back and not even replied with any status on my money ($3500/-) after being fed up. I reached out to Allison and she made it possible to get me my money back. she was professional and did what she promised So, long story short, this dealership is not recommended, don't pay them immediately, only pay when your entire deal is confirmed, they also charge you 1st payment which is not towards your vehicle transaction, it goes into dealers pocket. Its a BIG NO! NO! NO! NO!. Full one month of headache!! More
