I was waiting for Bell Audi call back to let me know that the tires are in for a recall. They never called me, once I called back after few months, they told me that the recall is over and they can't help me the tires are in for a recall. The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t call back or fix problems with the car. They had my car for a month, which had been recalled for engine issues, and still can’t figure out They don’t call back or fix problems with the car. I’m gonna call the BBB to get anything accomplished. My car was a brand new Q5 2023 that I got in 2022 so to have these issues w no help is unheard of. They simply don’t care. You’re just a number.
