2019 F150 King Ranch I had been looking for a Ruby Red colored KR for some time and just couldn't find one. Being from out of state and not knowing all the local Ford Dea I had been looking for a Ruby Red colored KR for some time and just couldn't find one. Being from out of state and not knowing all the local Ford Dealerships I found BELL FORD om the web. I punched in the KR trucks and MY Ruby Red was on sale. I couldn't believe the price -it was so low. I called the dealership and was connected with ELI MUSCH - Internet Sales. After a few minutes greeting and explaining my needs, we began to discuss MY Ruby Red. I would guestimate that we spent, maybe, ten minutes in conversation before I said SOLD - take it off the floor and lock it up. ELI has always been right on top of staying in contact with me. I do know from his heavy Internet Sales contacts that he is always busy. When he does contact me, ELI always says simple things like, Sir, Please, Thank You, etc. His parents must have raised him right - I just don't see that kind of commentary from many younger people these days. ELI sent the necessary paperwork for me to sign - overnight by FEDEX. I signed and sent back the next day. ELI has been a stellar hardworker for me in answering all my continued questions. If anybody out there reads this commentary, I'll tell you one thing - You'd better call ELI for a fantistic deal!!! I feel that BELL FORD has a good sales embassador with ELI MUSCH. I know this, if ELI moves to another FORD dealershihp, my business goes too. More
