We had a previous strong relationship with another dealer but Bell Ford and Travis impressed us so much we didn't even price shop him. It's refreshing in a day where customer service is non existent to find a place that a customer is still valued. More

I say this each time I visit Bell Ford! The waiting room experience is second to none with clean restrooms and a clean waiting room. I haven't tried the Cafe food, but that is such a wonderful gesture to have this available to customers at no charge. I also appreciate the friendly service and great communication that I receive each time I visit! More

They sell you car on hopes I wouldn't buy a car from here, it was the worst experience that I ever had. They would sell you a car with hope that the bank is going to a approve I wouldn't buy a car from here, it was the worst experience that I ever had. They would sell you a car with hope that the bank is going to a approve your loan and they make you think that you are approve signing paperwork they take your down payment then call you back a week later and change the hole deal with higher rates and arizona there is no cooling off on the deal witch you can't return the car so your are stuck with the bad deal and a bad taste in your mouth this dealership truly suck!!!! I was waiting on something to come in the mail and started complaining to the services department not realizing they sent it out but that it was returned back to them because the apartment manager did not realize I still lived here. So I was being unfair to Bell Ford. They did what they said they would but the and apartment manager did not. Please before you jump to conclusions, ask first because there's always two side to the story...Thank you Bell Ford and John the service Manager.!!! More
