Online price far different than price at dealership, forced into ZakTech program. Was told the car was in great running conditions and had an excellent service history, but the service department diagno forced into ZakTech program. Was told the car was in great running conditions and had an excellent service history, but the service department diagnostic reflected several items in immediate need of attention after only 4000 miles of ownership. Was told that the sales department uses a different service department than the one on-site to determine vehicle health. Was unable to get anyone to respond regarding my complimentary oil changes when using the online assistant. More
