I req had a very disappointing experience at Bell Honda. The customer service was not what I expected, especially from Jesse and the service manager. I requested a copy of the report for my vehicle, but they refused to provide it—even though I hadn’t signed anything authorizing repairs or agreeing to any service terms. The service manager told me they couldn’t give me any paperwork, which I found completely unacceptable. As a customer, I believe I have the right to see documentation related to my own vehicle. Overall, I do not recommend this dealership due to the poor communication and lack of transparency. More
