The price increased from my last visit. I was also told that my tint change would be free, then when I came back it was quoted at $400 because I wasn’t the original owner. When I came to pick up my car the representative was cold and barely spoke to me. I requested to speak to the manager because of my poor experience. I was told they weren’t there that day so I requested a card to call them. I have called and left a message to the manager Iris twice and she still hasn’t got back to me. I used to love to come to this location because the representatives were knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately it feels like that’s changed. I would still like to talk to someone to resolve my issue with my poor experience. More
