Outstanding Customer Service My wife and I went to Bell Honda for the purpose of checking out a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-T. Salesperson, JC, was very helpful and told us the truck ha My wife and I went to Bell Honda for the purpose of checking out a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-T. Salesperson, JC, was very helpful and told us the truck had just arrived and was in the process of being certified. JC showed us the truck anyway. We decided to wait to test drove it. We met with JC's supervisor (TEAM LEADER) Jeremy who was very friendly and advised us he would call me when the safety inspection was completed and we would be first in line to test drive it. A few days later, Jeremy called and we test drove the Ridgeline. We purchased it with Honda having to correct some needed work on it, which an appointment was made for that purpose. I met with Jeremy, service rep John, Service Managers George and Gwen at the Service Center for warranty work. General Manager Ross met with me. He made sure everything was fixed on the Ridgeline and all was good. Everyone I mentioned was very professional, honest and treated me with respect before and after the sale. After some missed offers we were able to find the best plan that would work for me. The vehicle I have gotten from them is a 2016 Chevy Cruze and it has been nothing short of great. Would not recommend their 2 year warranty program. Cost more than I believe I would of put in repairs, but I am a first time buyer and now know for future deals. Thank you guys again for getting me into a great car! More
