However, after reviewing your file we see that we specifically informed you we were lowering the price $499 to allow for the zaktek during the negotiations of an out-the-door figure. We reached the out-the-door figure with the zaktek. At the time of the purchase you agreed that it was a product of value that was going to be reapplied every 6 months for the next 3 years.
