I had a tricky tire light on my CRV and there was never a problem bringing the car in to have it checked out and fixed between oil changes. Most of the time it was a tricky tire light. One time there was a nail in the tire. I was brought a picture of the tire and where the nail was located on the tire. I’m happy to take my vehicle back to Joshua and Bell Honda for service. More

Salesperson was a good. It went downhill from there. They had to bring car up from Tucson but didn’t say until after paperwork was signed. Went home without car. Cart needed extras they were paid for, but they insisted I pick it up inext day and make an appointment to bring it back to service. No regard for my time. I picked it up and they returned it in dirty condition with trash in back and chewing tobacco in side front door compartment. Also, there was no windshield wiper fluid in car. Brought it back once again so they could detail car and fill up washer fluid. I will not come here for service. They seem to have zero regard for customers. More

When I originally brought my car in I didn’t get Josh because he was off that day . Was not happy with the results. I spent around $2500 fixing the same issue I had the last time I was there.
