THEY OVERCHARGED ME SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS I purchased a Honda Fit. Yes they tried to up sell me on service Agreements and gap coverage and other things and yes I initially agreed to them BUT t I purchased a Honda Fit. Yes they tried to up sell me on service Agreements and gap coverage and other things and yes I initially agreed to them BUT the VERY NEXT DAY I returned to the dealership and signed paperwork to remove one service agreement and the gap coverage from my contract and the finance manager I dealt with assured me he would adjust the amount financed. I asked him for some writtten verification and he said he couldn’t give it to me but that I could see it on the lender’s website. The problem is I trusted him and took him at his word. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Life got in the way and I never checked. Now I find that not only did I get charged for a service contract and gap coverage that I never took advantage of nor wanted but I’m out almost $2500 plus the interest I paid on the bigger amount. I know it’s my fault for not checking but customers shouldn’t be lied to either. I can only caution others to be very wary of the finance people who work here and follow up on your end to make sure the numbers add up. I will never ever do business with these people again. I guess he doesn’t understand that purchasing or leasing an automobile from a dealer is a two way street. They basically refused to negotiate. The lease itself appeared to be bait and switch, and the vehicles had too many dealer add-ons. The sales guy couldn’t do anything without his boss, and was totally unprepared to negotiate. I expect a full negotiating session to take five to ten minutes, but I wasted about 45 minutes with these clowns More
Disrespectful, disgusting human beings If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk me into paying a longer loan, not giving me anything for my trade in, hidden fees, I finally was so angry I told the last person either give me my keys and I’m leaving or I’ll sit here in cry out of frustration. So finally he said why yes, we can agree to the terms you originally said you could do. Then, I signed everything after exhaustion and fear I would have to go through this experience again somewhere else and the car I “purchased” was not ready for sale! They set me up with a rental at Enterprise, which were the only professional people I dealt with, and said they would call me the next day when the car was ready. They did not call me the next day, or the day after, I called them and they did not have any information on when the car would be ready and would call me back in the hour. They called me back 2 hours later and said the car would be ready the following day and would call me. 3pm the following day, no call was received so I called and asked for an update and they did not have an update and did not seem like I was a priority at all, Rodrigo said he would call me back with an update. I decided since I never received the car it was in my best interest to just cancel the sale and go elsewhere. I spoke with a manager while I was there returning the rental and he was aware I had a longer than normal sales experience and could not answe as to why I was an “exception “ to this experience in wait time and not having received any sort of communication from anyone on their team. He said he could no longer listen to my complaints because nothing was going to make me happy. Maybe if they called me once over the 3 days to update me or tried to make the sale right in the beginning I would have been a happy customer. No thanks, Angel, Shane, Rodrigo, Brandon and any of you who stood by and allowed me to be treated with such disrespect. More

Worst experience ever!! Buyers take note. Don’t give your keys to anyone at this dealer and don’t let them drive it out back. If you do, and don’t want the deal they offer, they will hold you hostage and beroge you with sales employees and only after getting upset will you get your keys back. Then after being insulted by the “assistant sales manger” you have to find your car. Even on your way out, they will follow you right to your car door. A great disappointing waste of time. But just to add, the salesman was very respectful and apologized for the management’s behavior. I did receive an email from Robby Motz “general manager” offering me “more flexibility” in making a deal. Why weren’t they more flexible when I was there at the dealership? So bottom line, beware when they take your keys and move your car. More

I was happy to find a Honda dealer close to home and started taking my Fit there for service. Biggest mistake of my life! In 2013 Bell Honda started calling and telling me they had a shortage of new cars and were interested in buying mine. After multiple calls from them I agreed to take the car in. This resulted in about 5 hours of being hounded to buy a new car. At one point there were several salesman surrounding me, one of them down on his knees with his face only inches from mine. They had my keys and weren't real interested in giving them back. I finally bought the car just to get away from them. A couple years later, the calls started coming again each time from a different sales person. I kept telling them I was happy with the car I had and was not interested in buying a new one and to please remove my name from their call list. The calls kept coming and when it got to three calls in a single week I called and asked to speak with the owner. The owner wasn't in but the girl who answered said she handled the list and would remove my name. Peace at last. I thought. 2018 rolls around and I get a call from Bell offering me a complimentary oil change. I explained that I had a service contract and didn't need a complimentary oil change. The bulldog kept pushing so I finally said okay. Second biggest mistake of my life!! Immediately the sales calls start up again. Explained multiple times that I'm retired, don't drive much, and I'm not interested in buying a new car. As before, the calls continue. Then I learn how to block them on my smartphone. Calls stopped, but then they graduated to texting and e-mailing. I responded to one of the texts that they were harassing me and to stop. Now they've resorted to snail mail. This business is far, far too aggressive! They don't know the meaning of "NO" no matter how many times they hear it. The only reason I can find for the harassment is that they are so aggressive people don't go back to buy a second car from them so they need to beg for business. I expect that long after I'm dead and gone Bell Honda will still be calling the hapless person who gets my phone number after I'm done with it. The only reason Bell Honda gets a single star is because no star is not an option! More

Well never received a gas card and lost 3 hours of my time. They asked me to meet them half way. Well I did! I came up with a bigger down payment. We ask if we can write 2 checks. One check will be post dated for 3 days. Just to make sure the money was in the bank. Finance guy ran both checks at the same time. We spoke with 3 different sales men and managers. The disappointment of all this.... I met them halfway. They didn’t meet me halfway. As my husband and I are upset. They walk away as if Oh well! Sad very SAD!! More
