Sold me a certified pre-owned Accord hybrid touring model and when I got it home in the light the rear bumper had been damaged and looks like they filled it in with white out. Also chrome molding sticking out just enough for carwash to rip out of bumper . Really bad for a 2021 accord that I gave them $41,600 for. Brought to their attention before 24 hours of picking it up. They refused to fix it !!!! William might have saved a few hundred in repair but cost Bell Honda $100,000 in future sales with friends and family. More
I had my first bad experience with Bell Honda when I bought the car new. Recently the battery went dead. Not unexpected, the car is a 2016. When I replaced the battery, I've done it dozens of times ov bought the car new. Recently the battery went dead. Not unexpected, the car is a 2016. When I replaced the battery, I've done it dozens of times over the years, the car alarm went off. Could only stop it by disconnecting the battery, called Bell Honda service. They wanted to tow it in and have a look at it. The car is no longer under warranty. The tow and the "have a look at it" would likely have been in the range of $200. I called a mechanic friend (should have done that first), he told me to reconnect the battery, then press the alarm reset, if that failed (it did) then put the key in the door and manually lock and unlock the door. THAT WORKED!!! It only cost me a phone call to a friend, not affiliated with Honda. That service guy could have provided me with that simple solution, but WTH they don't make money being loyal to their products. NEVER AGAIN will I buy or have my Honda serviced at Bell Honda. More

I did lease buyout for my Honda 2020 pilot. I paid $3000 extra to have the car Honda Certified. I got my vehicle back with maintenance sign on and no alignment performed. I was told by service adviser David extra to have the car Honda Certified. I got my vehicle back with maintenance sign on and no alignment performed. I was told by service adviser David Arenas that it is my responsibility as per sales department. I was explicitly told at the time of lease buyout 30K maintenance and alignment will be performed. On top I tried calling them several times to try to reach my salesperson Moreno JR. Chad and Sales Manager Amezcua Rodrigo. I was told several times by Toni that they will call back but it seems they just vanished at least for me after the lease buyout. I am still trying to get hold of someone, very least a courtesy call with an explanation. I wish I would have travelled couple more miles to go to Arrowhead Honda instead. I will reach out to Honda corporation as well because I went to this dealership only because of reputation of Honda. More
