But Roy presented the option of an EX, which is really what we wanted after all... But then as we discussed further, the sales manager, Dion, raised the possibility of a new CRV EX at a great price... in the end, the combination of Roy's eagerness to satisfy our objectives and Dion's work on the price sheet, we left with much satisfaction with the new CRV EX!
