Quick and easy I had my Civic serviced at Bell Honda twice now. I drive for Uber, so my ride has to perfect. The last time I had David and he was great. Bell Honda Lies If you are looking for a Honda, DO NOT waste your time with Bell Honda. We were returning Honda customers and knew exactly what we wanted and asked fo If you are looking for a Honda, DO NOT waste your time with Bell Honda. We were returning Honda customers and knew exactly what we wanted and asked for a specific color/model and were lied to by 3 different people over the course of 3 days. We were told that color of car was not in the state and there was one in production headed to another state. We almost settled on our 2nd and then 3rd choice of color but thankfully some issues on the dealer end (they couldn't find the keys, then the next day the car wouldn't start- brand new car!) prolonged the sale and after our own research, we learned the exact car was in fact 15 minutes away at Right Honda. Right Honda apparently doesn't do trades with the Bell Honda (probably because of their horrible reputation) and so we were lied to that our choice in color was not available so we wouldn't leave and buy somewhere else. There is nothing worst than liars. This dealership simply cannot be trusted. After I called the Director of New Car Sales out on their continuous lies he screamed at me, "You know, you are not even worth it!" Guess they don't like being caught in their lies. This dealership is completely unethical. Worst car buying experience we have ever had. Our experience with Right Honda was perfection. Not only did they have a huge selection of cars, the car buying process was seamless, quick, friendly and overall a dream compared to Bell Honda. Sales tax is cheaper in Scottsdale than Phoenix and we thought we had the best possible interest rate, and they actually gave us a better interest rate. Stay clear of Bell Honda unless you want to be continuously lied to! More

Dont deal here go to earnhardt honda in avendale They will call you non stop and text you so you can come in and buy then when you need them to follow up with an issue you have they will not return y They will call you non stop and text you so you can come in and buy then when you need them to follow up with an issue you have they will not return your call I bought a civic there got it delivred late night I didn't notice the chipped windshield I let dealer know about it the next morning and just kept getting an answer of "we will follow up by" a day they set and nothing. I would follow up again and they didn't remember. Now my windshield is really broken and now I have to pay out my pocket because of these people not willing to do anything about it. My insurance didn't want to insure a chipped windshield. Until it was replaced. 400 dollars later not even my first payment yet on the car. . More

Steve Emery is the best My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and he managed to get the blade out and my wife used the spare key to drive to the dealership and get a new key made.
