I had been debating the purchase of a new car for several years. I was motivated by want, not need. The Accord Crosstour remained on my short list for these years. After picking up my husband's Ridgeline aft years. I was motivated by want, not need. The Accord Crosstour remained on my short list for these years. After picking up my husband's Ridgeline after service, I decided to go see a Crosstour up close and personal. And met Axel. I am a bit of a peculiar bird but Axel rose to the occasion and fielded all of my questions and concerns with a pleasant, professional manner. I was not ready to commit and he was understanding and supportive. I assured him we would return the following day, which we did. Again, he answered my questions, assuring me his time was my time. He and his wingman, Iron, worked diligently to resolve the differences we had to get the deal done. I can honestly say had it not been for these two young man I would still be driving a Pontiac Vibe, which I loved. After driving my Crosstour today I know I will love it too.
