Jessie was amazing to work with. He found us the exact car we wanted and helped us to get the financing though our credit wasn't the best. I came into the dealership today because my driver side sun visor has cracked along the top seam and will no longer stay in place. This is dangerous as it limits my visibility when I drive and I have had sun visor has cracked along the top seam and will no longer stay in place. This is dangerous as it limits my visibility when I drive and I have had 2 near accidents due to the limited visibility. According to information I have found online, the Honda Civic has consistently been outfitted with a defective sun visor which cracks along the top seam since 2006. The Cooper v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc., class action lawsuit resulted in Honda acknowledging the defective part and agreeing to replace or reimburse people who paid to replace the defective sun visor. However, I was told today that I would need to pay to replay the visor as I am outside of my manufacturer’s warranty (just under 40K miles). The service specialist I spoke with was not open to discussing the issue and insisted the replacement of the defective sun visor was not the responsibility of the dealership. It appears my civic has the same visor for which Cooper sued Honda and won. It amazes me that Honda would continue to make vehicles with known defective parts and then refuse to replace, at their cost, those defective parts when they fail. More
In the last 20+ years of buying cars and dealing with B.S. from sales people and car dealers; from Illinois to Arizona, Bell Honda has changed our whole perception of sales people and car dealers; they a B.S. from sales people and car dealers; from Illinois to Arizona, Bell Honda has changed our whole perception of sales people and car dealers; they are hands down the best! First off, I would like to thank Angel Delgado for his professionalism, courtesy, and simply for the fact that he actually listened to what we wanted. Most other dealers and sales people try to steer you to whatever the "flavor of the month" their sales managers want them to push; they simply do not listen to the customer; Not Angel and Bell Honda. From the moment we met Angel, we said we were interested in the new 2012 Civic, and from that point on, Angel showed us the various Civic models based on our personal interests, all the way down to color preference. Not once was there any pressure, or prying for answers; Angel is a true customer service provider! When it was time to talk price, we started at the price of the car, not the so called payment that we want; I have never had a sales person or car dealer even willing to talk about the price of the car; usually it is what payment are you looking for, then typical car dealers will jack it up from there; not Angel or Bell Honda. Sure we financed the Civic, but the payment we stated at was what we received; no B.S. I also want to mention that our credit is not good due to the fact we had a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge last year. We were realistic in the price bracket we needed to be in; yes we would have loved the Civic Si, but it was not in our price bracket and we were very realistic about what we could afford and what we should be looking at. We purchased a brand new 2012 Honda Civic LX for the price and payment we were looking for. Angel also took in our trade and gave us a more than fair price; we could not have sold it to anyone for what Bell Honda gave. We owned our trade, so no payoff's or anything needed to be involved; we knew what the car was worth, and we saw the actual trade go towards the down payment and not a "washing" technique that other dealers do. Once the deal was made, it was off Ray Ettinger in the finance office; Ray was superb! Usually the finance guys in other dealers are the most slippery snakes on the planet. Ray is polite, professional, and actually realized our concerns due to past experiences. Poor Ray, we made him responsible for every other finance guy experience because that is how we were treated over the last 20+ years; not Ray, not at all. Once we realized Ray truly had our best interests, and not just another slippery snake trying to get a slice of the pie, we were (and are) 100% convinced that Bell Honda cares for its customers. Also want to say that our financing went through, and it is for the payment and interest rate that Angel, Ray, and Bell Honda said it would be; no coming up with more money, or higher payment....none of that. We can't express enough our satisfaction with Bell Honda. Bell Honda and their associates are actually changing that "slimy" and "rubber stamp" impression of every other car dealership experience we have had. You know, when you go to the grocery store, or to a shopping mall, you typically get great customer service, up front prices, and you don't worry too much about getting your clock cleaned by a con artist. Bell Honda is up front, friendly, professional, courteous, and they listen to their customers. Heck, Amanda from Bell Honda even called us to thank us, and to also make sure we were satisfied. We have never, ever had a car dealer call us after our purchase to thank us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Once again, we want to thank Angel, Ray, Amanda, and all the rest of you at Bell Honda for everything. We will definitely be back again to purchase another car! More

We recently purchased a vehicle from Bell Honda. The sales team worked hard to put together a deal that fit our, admittedly, complicated requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend consulting David Cook in sales when considering a vehicle purchase. We had a serious issue with finance where 5K worth of "extras" were added to our deal through some very questionable practices. Our frustration mounted when attempting rectify the situation - every day we seemed to get a different story about what was or was not possible. I am happy to report that after contacting Jackie Stevens our issues were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but at the end of the day Bell Honda kept their promise to not let us leave unsatisfied. More

BLATANTLY MISLEADING, RUDE, FALSE ADVERTISING. After receiving a flyer in the mail that I had won one of four prizes, my husband and I stopped into Bell Honda (where we had purchased a certified used Ho receiving a flyer in the mail that I had won one of four prizes, my husband and I stopped into Bell Honda (where we had purchased a certified used Honda two years prior) to claim the prize promised in writing. The flyer said that attending a sales presentation was not required to receive the prize, and that one only had to present the flyer before 9 pm. We were entered into the computer for the promotion at 8 pm and told that we would learn what we had won and be able to try to win other prizes in "a little while." Amicably, we allowed a sales representative to talk with us and show us a Ridgeline, eventually agreeing to a test drive. We were open to the idea of refinancing our vehicle or purchasing another vehicle should it meet our needs and allow us to lower our outrageous monthly payment. We let the sales representative know this from go. To make a long story short, at 10:30 pm we were told that they didn't have a car on the lot they could offer to us with our credit and stipulations (Note: our credit hasn't changed since purchasing a vehicle from this dealership two years prior, when we were told to "come on back in in 6 months to get a better interest rate." More lies - we should have learned our lesson then.) I was OK with this - I understand that although they advertise differently, it isn't always possible to get the customer the price and interest rate they want. But then I was told that in order to receive the prize I had won (according to the flyer), we would have to return tomorrow. And although I had successfully completed my end of the deal (registering before nine, bringing in the flyer and ID, even taking a test drive with the promise of throwing beanbags for a chance to win more prizes) Honda sent me out the door empty handed. I received several phone calls during the days following this incident and assumed it was Honda trying to remedy the situation. Surely the way I was treated was an oversight and something they would be ashamed of, not to mention that I was an existing customer who had already given much more money and time to their business than any prize offered on that flyer would have been worth... Duped again! When I returned the call, instead of an apology, the sales manager, Brandon, asked why I hadn't bought a car from them on Saturday. I couldn't believe it! When I told him what had happened, infuriated that they would dare call me to waste more of my time when 1) they had misled me and wasted my Saturday evening with lies and false advertising, and 2) I was sent away told they couldn't sell me a single car on the lot, he then blamed me for the situation and said, "well, you could have come back on Sunday to get the prize!" So apparently, this is the way Bell Honda treats their existing clients - misleading them both verbally and through the use of false advertising, then being rude and accusatory, just to let us know how important our time, hard earned money, and business is to them. My husband and I regret purchasing from Bell Honda and hope others will head our warning and avoid a similarly DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. More
