Took me to their site and listed their pre-owned vehicles After my initial exchange, I realized I wasn't going to be able to make a deal. A week or two later, I was contacted again about their assurance they could get a deal done. I explained to the sales manager, who was now emailing me, that I had recently gone to another dealership and that the quote they gave me for a vehicle of a similar cost was far outside of my budget and that it wasn't going to work. He kept persisting they were 'fairly certain' they could get a deal done. After a couple more email exchanges, I personally pulled my credit report and vehicle payoff amount and called the sales manager. I covered all basis of the deal and told him I was not going to come down unless he thought there was a good possibility of a deal. He transferred me to his assistant to take my info to verify the credit score I JUST PULLED MYSELF 5 MINUTES PRIOR to try and put something together. I ended up calling back twice and getting jerked around and transferred because the sales manager was 'on a call' for three hours and no one had any answers for me regarding the deal he was supposedly putting together. I ended emailing him about four hours later, and he responded within 30 minutes about how he was busy and the deal he told me he could do was 150 dollars more a month than what he originally said he could do. I had previously seen Bill when I got my oil change.It was supposed to be covered under MPP but I had come in too early So they wouldn't cover. Bill honored my expectation and did not charge me. He also provided me recommendations about two services I needed and quoted a price. Another dealership missed doing some of this work at my 30k service. I came back 2 weeks later and had service done.Turns out the price was lower than expected and he found a coupon for me. All of this was done in a very friendly manner. I'm very impressed with him and Bell Honda! More
The sales staff was very pleasant and comforting but they pressured is into a deal stating this is the best we can get with our credit score . Price was too high . They said we are Pre Approved but could only buy the vehicle we were lookin at. Little did they know that we already had talked to arrowhead Honda and got all the prices and approvals already. We left the facility and went right to Arrowhead where they beat the price by $2000 and still offered us all the warranties and add ons . Who ever you work with . I stopped by Bell Honda the other day to check out what myoptions would be in purchasing a new civic. The salesman I worked wIth, Camille, was very Informative and not at all pushy. We purchased a new Honda from this business 1 year ago, almost immediately we started receiving sales calls from them on a nearly daily basis every since, I have made REPEATED requests to have them stop he almost immediately we started receiving sales calls from them on a nearly daily basis every since, I have made REPEATED requests to have them stop he calls, I have requested to speak to management, they put some random person on the phone who promises to stop the calls, and just like clock work we get a phone call the following day. Some times they will not give their full names, I have been. Patient and polite for the first 6 months now when they make heir daily harassment call I am absolutely belligerent and still the calls do not stop!!! I feel hey are doing this with malice and purposely, I would like to know my options both personally and legally . Any help or suggestions you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I purchased my 2006 Honda Pilot from Bell Honda several years ago. I won't say the experience with the finance people was very pleasant, although the salesman was great. Only Bell Honda Service has touched this vehicle. I have been very satisfied with the work done, whether it be expensive like the 60,000 mile service, or just a routine oil change. My most recent vist was just routine and I had a coupon. My service advisor was George Haserlig. This guy was great. He explained everything to me that needed to be done in addition to the oil change and helped make it more affordable for me by utilizing service coupons that were available. He was personable, professional and informative. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a woman bringing in a vehicle. I highly recommend anyone needing servicing of their vehicle to contact George. You won't be disappointed. More
