Located this dealership via the internet. Contacted Jesse and he toke the time to send us pictures of what was available along with current prices. I baught a used 2011 Honda civic form this dealership on nov 06-2011 i wait there almost whole day for sine the paperwork with my wife and two year old baby with nothing to eat ,and finely 5:00 pm we decide nov 06-2011 i wait there almost whole day for sine the paperwork with my wife and two year old baby with nothing to eat ,and finely 5:00 pm we decide to leave the dealership without buying the car , then JOHAN BENTA finice guy come outside from his office told us just sine the agreements and we mail all the copy to your adderess today is DEC 08-2011 we still not get the paperwork , and they sine we owe one touch up paint and $25 gift card still no get it yet , i call them so many time what happend to my paperwork they told me they mail it long time ago , what whaapend to $25 gift card and touch up paint they told me they maild it long time ago too , i call 5 times in one month to TRAVIS HOLT store manager one month 5 massages no call back yet , everybody there is proffsanely lyers ,i call SAM RIELLY internet manager he one of them tell us same thing , after so many time call them i gave up man they don't worth it , why make your living lie everyday for make $200 to $300 selling cars , i call Hondafinancial direct the mail my contract next day afer looking the paper work they charge me for one full year registration but i got the new plate and tag good for six month , i call agian talk with ALVERNA title handler BELL HONDA she told week ago you will get a check around $190.05 back from BELL HONDA i give them one more week before i file in small claim court for my refund , More
My wife and I live in St Louis Missouri , We wanted to take a driving trip all through the western states. No I am a car nut and I thought a new Honda Ridgeline would be a great choice and it was . But making this an even more exciting adventure I decided to start the trip with buying the car out west. I called several dealers and Bell seemed to join in on the excitement of our plans . They were as friendly and helpfull as it gets, and I have bought several new cars in my life . Bell Honda gave us as good or better deal then I was going to get in my home town. Bell also picked us up at the airport and had everything ready when we arrived . Now because of Bell they started us off on a great adventure we will never forget. An all around great experience, undertaken at a tough time. I got a car I love, at a price I can afford, and did it quickly so I could deal with the other personal challenges I was facing. Our family has been doing business with these guys for about five cars now, and they never disappoint. The car rocks, it's the lowest interest rate I've ever received, mechanically it seems flawless, and they shaved thousands off the price. They spent the entire day working with my wife and I, and helped guide me into a perfect fit. We don't buy cars often, and I hope this one will last many years, but I'd go back in a second when the time comes, and recommend them to all lay friends. More
Stopped into Bell Rd Honda due to being in that area and needed an oil change. Typically, I go to a dealership in Scottsdale for my routine oil changes. No appointment is required, just pull into the Express Lane and they take it from there. Bill seemed irritated that I did not have an appointment, and asked me three times what advisor I was scheduled to see. I told him no advisor because I did not have an appointment. I also asked him if he could honor the online coupon even though I did not have it printed out. His response was a cold "NO!," so I told him the dealership in Scottsdale has and/or printed out the coupon for me. I asked Bill if he could print it out and and again he said "No" and proceeded to tell me they needed it for a reimbursement from Honda. The "express" oil change took three hours. While waiting, I went into the Sales office and they printed out the coupon for me. I ultimately received my discount, but had to go out of my way to do so. I was also surprised that Bell Rd Honda does not give complementary car washes with their oil changes, as my regular dealer provides. More
