Steve works extremely efficiently. Whenever there is an issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. I stopped by Bell Honda with the intent to only peruse their used car inventory. After sitting down and discussing my options, I realized that walking out with a new car was going to be a lot easier than their used car inventory.
