Bill was very professional, kind & nice & he helped us find the car we were looking for. I was really interested in a Hybrid with gas prices rising & also as a matter of priciple - I think ever helped us find the car we were looking for. I was really interested in a Hybrid with gas prices rising & also as a matter of priciple - I think everyone should be driving one in the future, not only to cut down on a our need for gas, but also it is ecologically the thing to do. I had look at the Toyota Pruus & liked it, but it was a little more money than I wanted to spend & the WOW factor wasn't there. I asked to look at the Insight, but was not crazy about the design & look of the car. Bill suggested I look at a CRZ. I looked at several & found one I loved. I bought a gorgeous Northshore blue one may I add for the price I was willing to spend. I LOVE it. I never though I could get my midlife crisis cute car & a hybrid in one. This one ceratinly fills the bill. Everywhere I go people comment on it & I have been singing it's praises. Even going through a drivethrough of a store - "I love your car - what kind is it?" I think Bill is to be commended for listening to his customers (my husband & I) & getting us into a vehicle that is perfect for us in every way! Thank you Bill!!! More

Walked into dealership wanting to test drive a 2008 Accord. The first thing they do is ask if you are trading a vehicle and run down the list on their paper of what options vehicle has how much you owe Accord. The first thing they do is ask if you are trading a vehicle and run down the list on their paper of what options vehicle has how much you owe, who is it financed through what your payment is and so on. You feel ambushed right off the bat. We didn't even know if we liked the car because they hadn't taken us to see it let alone drive it. Heather is the lady that we dealt with and she was very intimidating and pushy. After they ambushed us on our trade they took us to see the car and let us take it for a drive. When we got back Heather asked us if we wanted to go forward with working on buying the vehicle. We weren't quite sure yet if we were in love with the car and didn't know what they were planning on giving for trade so we were hesitant. She sensed that right away and said that if we walk out the door to think about it there is a 4 percent chance that we will come back so she didn't want us to do that because she was in sales and there to sell a car basically. We felt very pressured to make a decision right there and then had a bad feeling about how pushy she was being. For some reason we decided to let them work out numbers and waited for her to come back with a low ball trade offer on our car and ridiculous payment amounts. We listened to her for a few minutes and then I finally stepped in to say we had heard enough and didn't feel like it was a pleasant buying experience and we felt pressured into having to make a decision that we weren't comfortable making right away. I think she was quite shocked and I'm glad. Awful awful experience at Bell Honda. We went to a different dealership later that day and had an awesome buying experience at Tempe Honda. We ended up getting a 2008 BMW. So happy we did that! More
We had a length conversation on phone with Jesse for a 2007 Honda odyssey that was advertised at 24336 online. We asked the jesse{sales manager} what other charges do they charge for the vehicle. He said 2007 Honda odyssey that was advertised at 24336 online. We asked the jesse{sales manager} what other charges do they charge for the vehicle. He said Quote + 12%{ for tax + doc fee + registration} . We insisted on him we will come there and buy it if he sells it for 23K{OTD ~26K}. His final words Yes were we can do better than that. When we went there he was not there in the first place and harvey assisted us. He came up with a ridiculous quote of 31K {which was approximately the same one of my friend paid on a new one for the same model. This one has 34K miles on it} . When we asked him that was not agreed on phone. He tried to dig our conversation from the records{ which they record by the way} he had no answers and came back and was saying that they paid 24700 for that car and cannot do anything less. What a ridiculous waste of time {it was an hour drive from my place} I blasted them for a while and would never do bussiness with them . Period More
Glenn was very responsive and had everything ready for us when we came in. He was very friendly and did not try up sell us or push us into a deal. I would buy another vehicle from him in the future. customer service has been excellent. I am moving to AZ, and plan to fly in so all my dealings with Harvey have been by phone, email and mail. He has been extremely helpful and accomodative. He has been s and plan to fly in so all my dealings with Harvey have been by phone, email and mail. He has been extremely helpful and accomodative. He has been so friendly, I feel like I've known him for years and trust him. He sent us pictures of our car, checked on a remote starter for us, and provised to keep it clean until we arrive. Harvey actually plans to deliver our car to us at the airport. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Bell. More

Where do I begin. I originally purchased a 2011 Accord with a trade-in back in January of 2011 at Bell Honda in Phoenix, AZ. While from test-drive to final completion of finance paper work it took 6 hour with a trade-in back in January of 2011 at Bell Honda in Phoenix, AZ. While from test-drive to final completion of finance paper work it took 6 hours (over 3 hours past their guarantee posted everywhere that all sales to service to financing is guranteed to beat the dealership competition by keeping folks less than 3 hours from start to finish), I actually had great service and sales. The guys were pleasant and professional enough, but humorously very stereotypical car salesman--cheesy, manipulative, and serously working over-time to be appear slick. Too funny! Two months later I have another vehicle I attempt to trade in for a 2011 CR-V EX which a family member was going to drive. Long and short, I'm contacted at work after one week of leaving my Nissan trade-in with Bell Honda and driving a wonderful 2011 CR-V. Their mood, manner of business, and service was horrendously comic, short-sighted, and ill-advised as well as supported with BS rhetoric. Needless to say, Bell Honda lost my service for any future vehicle with them. Due to their own screw-up in depositing my downpayment check on the original 2011 Accord purchase, that check bounced because it was not deposited when arranged for. It was then resubmitted by their own contracted CheckPoints company 1 1/2 months later unbeknownst to me! This sloppy work initiated by Tina Light (who, by the way, is Bell Honda's unresponsive and unapologetic accountant--LOL)led to Bell Honda not wanting to finance any other vehicles for me. They didn't even bother to find out that the 2011 Accord downpayment had been paid and cleared the bank! Once I had to curse them out and read them the riot act about their unprofessional conduct and service toward me, the finance department actually had the naive balls to think that I would want to continue purchasing cars with them (albeit the financing would have to be another source other than Honda Finance). I simply used their own condescending behavior against them, smiled and said, "You're your own worst enemy in the car sales business. I may or may not have my new pre-approved auto loan from a credit union come your way." The finance manager then lit up, smiled and now politely and eagerly sought my business. Sorry Scott, Dale, Shawn, and Tina--not so much! More
