It was time for us to turn in our Honda Civic due to the lease being complete. Kevin, my husband went on the internet and had many calls back from dealerships in the area. My husband called Scott back and made an appointment to see him. It was a Friday night and I was unable to join my husband in the search for a new car. Scott listened to the concerns that we had and the situation we were currently in. Scott stated he had the perfect car for us. Kevin drove it and liked it, but wasn't going to make a decision without me. Scott did not pressure Kevin at all and could relate. The next day Scott called to see if we were still interested and we were actually leaving to head to the dealership. When I met Scott he was very professional and he brought up the car and let me test drive it. He inquired about my interest in the car, but yet gave Kevin and I a chance to talk without him being right there. I have to say that this was the simplest and most comfortable car buying experience that we have had. Thanks Scott for all that you do!!!! You definately went above and beyond. More
I'd recommend this dealership to people who live in the area. Although I was able to get a car, it was very frustrating to have cars sold the day I traveled up from Tucson. Having to show up at the lot and hear, "The car sold this morning.", was not exactly a thrill. So, for my friends here in Tucson, I'd not send them up, but my friends in the Phoenix area would/may come by the dealership. More
my visit to bell honda last week was fabulous, i never expected such great service. camron knew everything i asked... go figure he has a honda tattoo haha. the accord i purchaced is amazing, i never knew expected such great service. camron knew everything i asked... go figure he has a honda tattoo haha. the accord i purchaced is amazing, i never knew they made a special edition, if they never told me i would have purchaced a 30,000 dollar car and been unhapppy with the price. they saved me almost 10,000 dollars on purchacing a se model :) brandon was very straight to the point and derrick in finance was super friendly and even bought me taco bell :) that made the paperwork process soo much simpler. i will always buy from bell honda due to the amazing service i recieved. thank you guys! When I walked into Bell Honda, I was met with a huge, warm smiles from Brian Latour and then Kevin Warner. Both men remembered my name, even though it had been a couple years since they helped me before, and were courteous and helpful as they helped me work through the process of buying a car that I really wanted, even though it was slightly used. I appreciate the fact that when I asked for time to consider which car would be best for me, I was not pressured to make an immediate decision; rather, I was encouraged to take the time I needed to assure my decision was the best one for me. I had the best experience I ever had buying a car from Bell Honda. They made getting a new car an easy and painless experience. Justin Settle helped me get a great deal. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic, and it started at $4000 down with payments of $347 a month, but he helped me get it down to $3000 down and just $265 a month. He brought the interest rate down from 17% to 12%. It was an amazing deal. Will was a great salesman. Not too pushy, knew a lot, and helped me find the right car for me. Dale in finance was also commendable. He got a phone call that his father had passed away during our meeting, yet was able to stay composed and finish the deal. Thanks Bell Honda! More
