The sales experience was fine, but in the “waiting area” for finance was horrible. It was late at night (almost closing time) but we waited over an hour only to be told the good news is they could do the de for finance was horrible. Not being able to make the deal on the terms agreed to is not the reason for the poor review (it’s the car business some times things just don’t work out) it was the endless waiting without anyone saying what the hold up was or how much longer this was going to take. They could have just as easily come out and told us “look this deal is taking longer then we expected to get together, can we finalize all this tomorrow and schedule a time for you to come in sign the papers? We will get you in and out“. That would have been amazing! More
Brought my new car in for an issue with updates. They knew they could not fix it but didn't advise me before apot.
