On January 2, I took my car to Honda for paint protection. I believe the advisor’s name was Brandon. After leaving the dealership that day, I noticed my gas tank was empty, even though it was full when I brought the car in. On January 17, I returned because the car was making a noise when braking. I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and chose to wait instead of leaving the car. I mentioned the gas issue to Johnny, but he told me that couldn’t be true and implied that I was lying. No customer should ever be treated that way—especially after waiting four hours. I was also told that I needed about $1,000 worth of services, but that I would have to bring the car back because they did not have the parts. This included the brakes, which they said needed replacement but could not be repaired at that time. To make matters worse, my sun visor was never replaced. When I returned, I was told I would now have to pay for it out of pocket—even though I was originally told it would be covered under warranty. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I don’t feel confident in the service I received, and I will not be returning. More
