I believe I was over charged on labor. I calledand asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was told he was not available and he would call me back. I have not heard from him. I brought my car in to have an air conditioning problem diagnosed. Some additional services were recommended to me, and I agreed to have the spark plugs replaced and the valve adjustments since my car is diagnosed. Some additional services were recommended to me, and I agreed to have the spark plugs replaced and the valve adjustments since my car is close to 90,000 miles. In regards to the a/c, it was noted that the aftermarket cabin filter was restricting air flow so it was recommended I replace it with an OEM filter. I declined this service, since it would’ve been $90 and I can easily purchase and replace the cabin filter myself for much cheaper. When my car was returned to me, I noticed the air conditioning was making a high pitched whistling noise. A few days later, I returned to Bell Honda and purchased a genuine Honda cabin filter. When I went to replace it, I pulled out the old filter and found it completely crumpled and torn, as if it had been carelessly shoved into the slot. I replaced it with the Honda filter I purchased and my a/c is working fine now. I am extremely disappointed in how my car was returned to me, especially after spending over $1,000 for all the other service items. Communication from the advisor was also not great. I had to call more than once to ask questions about the recommended services and to make sure my car would be ready before the service center closed at 5pm. More
Daisy was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She listened to my concerns and requests and followed through with the best possible choices depending on immediate need. Never bring your car for service here! !! MEDIOCRE customer service is all I experienced at best. I brought my car in yesterday because the AC was blowing warm air. My service advisor was A !! MEDIOCRE customer service is all I experienced at best. I brought my car in yesterday because the AC was blowing warm air. My service advisor was Alexis Alfaro. I was told I would be responsible for any external damage, and my MPP extended warranty would cover internal damage. The total was $2600, and I was responsible for $870, which is fine - no complaints there. Since my car would be staying overnight, I asked for a loaner car. Alexis advised me that they do not have loaner cars but can provide me a Lyft. My sister was nearby, so I waited for a ride from her. Fast forward to today, I called Alexis to ask for a Lyft there. He told me they only cover $15, and the Lyft from Buckeye, where I live, is $47, so I would be responsible for the difference. This is where I became upset. I told him I would catch a ride from someone instead. Once I arrived, I asked Alexis if I could take my car to any Honda since this one is really far from me. He said, 'Yes.' I told him that it's really messed up that Honda could happily take $2600 from me but cannot pay for a $40 Lyft for me. He responded with a snarky comment and said, 'You're not paying $2600, you're paying $870.' I told him that I was paying $870 out of pocket, but the company is making $2600 if not more from this entire trip. I'm still paying for my MPP every month. Alexis then told me, 'Sorry, that's policy. If you didn't pay the $40 Lyft, it would have come out of my paycheck!' I was mind-blown. What a ridiculous thing to say! Bell Honda does not care about making their customers happy. All they care about is taking people's money. Alexis seems like he is there to collect a paycheck and go home. He does not even care about keeping customers. I'm never coming back here again and recommend no one else does. You'll get better customer service from McDonalds! More
I bought my car from Bell Honda and loved it, but I had a bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person hel bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person helping me, Daisy, three times to add it on before she finally did. Additionally, I was told they would order me a Lyft and call me once it was here, and I waited about 40 minutes at their center before I realized they probably never called it in the first place. Daisy did forget to order it, and I did have to wait another 20 minutes before the Lyft got there. She was very apologetic about it though, which I appreciated. I did remember while in the Lyft that I had to get my home keys off of my keychain that I gave to Daisy, so I had to go back. I talked to the desk in the service center because Daisy was with another customer. They were very unhelpful and said we would just have to wait for Daisy to get them from the tech she gave them to, and they made no effort to talk to someone to find my keys, even though the Lyft was waiting and I am a paying customer. Luckily, Daisy was done soon and she got them for me, but it was very off putting that they had my keys and supposedly only one person could find them. Anyways, they found a lot wrong with my vehicle during the inspection even though I maintain it pretty well, and in total wanted $1500 for repairs plus $1300 (!) for new tires. I decided to get a second opinion. The next service center I went to not only found that my headlights and license plate lights were out, which Bell Honda should have found but didn’t, they also found only some of the same issues Bell Honda did. Bell Honda wanted $64 to replace my air filter, the new place did it for $10. They wanted $350 to replace my hoses and perform coolant fluid exchange whereas the new place could do it for $100. They wanted $750 to replace my compliance bushings but the new place said it was just barely showing signs of wear and tear and did not need replacement. The other service place also didn’t find anything wrong with my alignment, which I agree with as I have not noticed anything off, but Bell Honda supposedly did find something wrong and wanted to charge me for it. Bell Honda also wanted $1300 for tires which is pretty outrageous. Additionally, Bell Honda said they would put my good tires on the front but didn’t, as the new service center told me they had to do it themselves. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time or money. There are places with better staff and cheaper rates. This place only seems to give you attention when they want your money and provide terrible service otherwise. More
