Never bring your car for service here! !! MEDIOCRE customer service is all I experienced at best. I brought my car in yesterday because the AC was blowing warm air. My service advisor was A !! MEDIOCRE customer service is all I experienced at best. I brought my car in yesterday because the AC was blowing warm air. My service advisor was Alexis Alfaro. I was told I would be responsible for any external damage, and my MPP extended warranty would cover internal damage. The total was $2600, and I was responsible for $870, which is fine - no complaints there. Since my car would be staying overnight, I asked for a loaner car. Alexis advised me that they do not have loaner cars but can provide me a Lyft. My sister was nearby, so I waited for a ride from her. Fast forward to today, I called Alexis to ask for a Lyft there. He told me they only cover $15, and the Lyft from Buckeye, where I live, is $47, so I would be responsible for the difference. This is where I became upset. I told him I would catch a ride from someone instead. Once I arrived, I asked Alexis if I could take my car to any Honda since this one is really far from me. He said, 'Yes.' I told him that it's really messed up that Honda could happily take $2600 from me but cannot pay for a $40 Lyft for me. He responded with a snarky comment and said, 'You're not paying $2600, you're paying $870.' I told him that I was paying $870 out of pocket, but the company is making $2600 if not more from this entire trip. I'm still paying for my MPP every month. Alexis then told me, 'Sorry, that's policy. If you didn't pay the $40 Lyft, it would have come out of my paycheck!' I was mind-blown. What a ridiculous thing to say! Bell Honda does not care about making their customers happy. All they care about is taking people's money. Alexis seems like he is there to collect a paycheck and go home. He does not even care about keeping customers. I'm never coming back here again and recommend no one else does. You'll get better customer service from McDonalds! More
I bought my car from Bell Honda and loved it, but I had a bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person hel bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person helping me, Daisy, three times to add it on before she finally did. Additionally, I was told they would order me a Lyft and call me once it was here, and I waited about 40 minutes at their center before I realized they probably never called it in the first place. Daisy did forget to order it, and I did have to wait another 20 minutes before the Lyft got there. She was very apologetic about it though, which I appreciated. I did remember while in the Lyft that I had to get my home keys off of my keychain that I gave to Daisy, so I had to go back. I talked to the desk in the service center because Daisy was with another customer. They were very unhelpful and said we would just have to wait for Daisy to get them from the tech she gave them to, and they made no effort to talk to someone to find my keys, even though the Lyft was waiting and I am a paying customer. Luckily, Daisy was done soon and she got them for me, but it was very off putting that they had my keys and supposedly only one person could find them. Anyways, they found a lot wrong with my vehicle during the inspection even though I maintain it pretty well, and in total wanted $1500 for repairs plus $1300 (!) for new tires. I decided to get a second opinion. The next service center I went to not only found that my headlights and license plate lights were out, which Bell Honda should have found but didn’t, they also found only some of the same issues Bell Honda did. Bell Honda wanted $64 to replace my air filter, the new place did it for $10. They wanted $350 to replace my hoses and perform coolant fluid exchange whereas the new place could do it for $100. They wanted $750 to replace my compliance bushings but the new place said it was just barely showing signs of wear and tear and did not need replacement. The other service place also didn’t find anything wrong with my alignment, which I agree with as I have not noticed anything off, but Bell Honda supposedly did find something wrong and wanted to charge me for it. Bell Honda also wanted $1300 for tires which is pretty outrageous. Additionally, Bell Honda said they would put my good tires on the front but didn’t, as the new service center told me they had to do it themselves. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time or money. There are places with better staff and cheaper rates. This place only seems to give you attention when they want your money and provide terrible service otherwise. More

Fast, efficient and skilled service. Texted me recommendations quickly. Work done in timely fashion. They set me up with an Uber so I didn't have to sit at the dealership, Texted me recommendations quickly. Work done in timely fashion. Pros: Easy to set up an appointment Had the tire I needed Cons: I have never seen anyone with any degree of care and competence mangle a wheel like this. You can't mess up an OEM tire I needed Cons: I have never seen anyone with any degree of care and competence mangle a wheel like this. You can't mess up an OEM wheel with modern equipment, unless you're completely incompetent, or you hate your job. Wheel clamps on the tire mount/demount rig didn't have soft jaw covers in place, so they bit into the aluminum wheel on the inboard side. A metallic object, like a screwdriver, was used to pry off the old self-adhesive wheel weights. I couldn't have made the job any easier, unless I did it for them. The wheel was off the vehicle, and it was a simple tire replacement and balance. Based on the quality of the work performed to swap out the tire, the balance job seems seems questionable to me. I'll blame myself for not thoroughly checking the backside of the wheel, as I was more focused on the outboard side. I accepted the work, and signed off on the order. Then I'd blame the service manager, as this was a failure to properly select the appropriate employee for the task, and also to train them. The "mechanic" (I wouldn't use the term "technician" here) had exercised poor judgement, and had an absence of work ethic. Overall, I'd call it amateur hour. As always, your mileage may vary. As for me, Bell Honda won't be an option again. More
I had my first bad experience with Bell Honda when I bought the car new. Recently the battery went dead. Not unexpected, the car is a 2016. When I replaced the battery, I've done it dozens of times ov bought the car new. Recently the battery went dead. Not unexpected, the car is a 2016. When I replaced the battery, I've done it dozens of times over the years, the car alarm went off. Could only stop it by disconnecting the battery, called Bell Honda service. They wanted to tow it in and have a look at it. The car is no longer under warranty. The tow and the "have a look at it" would likely have been in the range of $200. I called a mechanic friend (should have done that first), he told me to reconnect the battery, then press the alarm reset, if that failed (it did) then put the key in the door and manually lock and unlock the door. THAT WORKED!!! It only cost me a phone call to a friend, not affiliated with Honda. That service guy could have provided me with that simple solution, but WTH they don't make money being loyal to their products. NEVER AGAIN will I buy or have my Honda serviced at Bell Honda. More
This rating is based on my experience after bringing my vehicle in for its first paid maintenance June 28, 2021. BEWARE of possible warranty scams. I was assigned Service Manager, Joshua Hansmeier, who vehicle in for its first paid maintenance June 28, 2021. BEWARE of possible warranty scams. I was assigned Service Manager, Joshua Hansmeier, who asked me why I had come in that day and how the car was doing. I explained that I was only there for scheduled maintenance, and nothing was wrong with the car. Later, Joshua approached me in the waiting room and told me, 'a "safety check" had been done, and a leak had been found in the seal of the condenser to the AC.' I was puzzled because the AC was working just fine; no pooling condensation, no blowing warm air, no noise. Condensers usually go out after 10-15 years. This car is 4 years old. Safety check? He explained that the leak, 'was a gas, and I wouldn't notice it.' This seemed odd to me, but, at that moment, I will trust that he is the expert, and they must have found something in the diagnostic that maybe would have been missed otherwise. This 'repair' is under warranty. Joshua was very nice; very professional. There was no charge to me, and I was provided a rental car. I was never shown the defective part upon pick up. Not a huge deal. Okay, alright. And then I read the invoice... "Customer states AC blowing warm, check and advise" No, no I did not state that. I did state that nothing was wrong with the car. Commission is made off of manufacturer warranties- The customer doesn't have to pay- so no push-back there. However, the part is unnecessarily removed, perhaps compromising the original factory seal. Plus, it's a lie. June 30- Left a nice message requesting a cb from Joshua. He never did. June 30- Made requests with receptionists (2) to speak with the person who was in charge of the service managers. I was told they couldn't find anyone, didn't know his name, but would leave a message (for him). One said she would tag it as urgent, and I should hear back immediately from this person. Never did. July 7- Spoke to another off-site receptionist- Again, he couldn't get through to anyone, but would leave a message for the person in charge of managers. July 7- Spoke to a Service Advisor at another valley Honda dealer for advice. He told me that the false statement attributed to me was questionable. That if there was a leak in the condenser, it would have been blowing hot. It wasn't. Got the name and number to Bell Honda's Service Director, Glen Denny (the person in charge of the managers). I left him a message to please call me back. No response. All they had to do is get back to me. The fact that no one would, especially the Director, is highly suspicious and extremely poor customer service. More

A/C warranty problems 5 times in 5 MONTHS! August 30, 2019 - took in vehicle because A/C was out September 6, 2019 - car was returned with the compressor, clutch set, and coil set replaced August 30, 2019 - took in vehicle because A/C was out September 6, 2019 - car was returned with the compressor, clutch set, and coil set replaced September 16, 2019 - car was taken in again for the A/C not working again September 24, 2019 - car was returned with a replaced compressor, hose, clutch set, and coil set November 30, 2019 - car was taken in again for similar A/C issues December 10, 2019 - car was returned with a new condenser, compressor, clutch set, coil set; at this time we spoke to the Service Manager, who told us that there were no problems with the A/C systems in the Honda Civics (which a Honda America case manager informed me that he should have known there were) and that our A/C was completely fixed and they had the best guy working on it December 10, 2019 - after picking up the car I drove it down the street when I noticed an audible rattling sound when the A/C was turned on and returned the vehicle immediately December 11, 2019 - the car was returned with replacement of a bracket December 12, 2019 - In the morning we noticed a neon green oil leaking from the compressor. I called Bell Honda's Customer Service Manager, where I told her of the new possible leak and that we would like out of the vehicle and we wanted to come down to work something out. We were told that Bell would be happy to work with us to make it right. We head down to Bell Honda to look at a different vehicle, we were told that we would be working with Heather but instead we had JJ and the Sales Manager, Brandon Latour, working with us. Instead of trying to make our situation right we were instead offered to buy a brand-new car with no deal. They offered us Kelly blue book for our trade-in vehicle, but the price of the vehicle we were interested in (stock number was checked) was listed lower on their website than the price that they offered us. We were told that the General Manager was involved and that was the best deal that they could give us. We walked out, feeling insulted. December 13, 2019 - took the car to Showcase Honda where they confirmed that a hose was leaking refrigerant and replaced it the same day Ultimately, Showcase was able to fix the problem and gave us a better deal on a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback than Bell was willing to offer on a 2019 Civic Sedan LX. This review is limited solely to the facts and does not include the bad service and insulting behavior by many of their employees. More
