Didn't even have car as advertisted Had appointment to see an acura TLX. Recieved confirmation the previous day that they had the vehicle available. Drove 3 hours to dealership for the Had appointment to see an acura TLX. Recieved confirmation the previous day that they had the vehicle available. Drove 3 hours to dealership for them to tell me that the car was "sold" My salesman was not connected and had no idea what the situation was (not his fault, probably managements as he seemed new). And its hard for me to believe that they ever had the car in the first place. Most likely a means of getting someone into the dealership. Zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs More

Inaccurate Pricing and LoJack Game Prices on used cars are low and then they add an $1895 Dealer Prep Fee and play a game with LoJack telling you that it is already installed in the car Prices on used cars are low and then they add an $1895 Dealer Prep Fee and play a game with LoJack telling you that it is already installed in the car and you can pay $895 to keep it active or $295 to cancel; doesn't seem like much of a deal. Then add on $699 dealer doc fees. Truly ridiculous. Do not waste your time looking at used cars at Bell, unless of course you add in anotherr $2,889 in fees. Doesn't leave you with a good feeling. More
