I stopped at this dealership parts/service dept to inquire about parts. There was one girl behind the desk speaking to a person about service or scheduling. She never acknowledged me at all. No hi, no inquire about parts. There was one girl behind the desk speaking to a person about service or scheduling. She never acknowledged me at all. No hi, nod your head, anything. I waited 10 min. with numerous employees walking by me. Finially an employee came pass me and said "here for parts". He said he would be right withe me. Another 5 minutes later he came and asked what I needed. I produced my parts list which he stated were not Mitsubishi part numbers, even though I found all 4 part numbers on the web under Mitsubishi OEM parts. I understand on older vehicles that it may be a bit difficult to find the correct part numbers, but NOT ONE time did he ask me what part was I looking for, what model, or what year, for cross referencing. Basically no help, no sorry can't help, or thank you. I would never recommend this dealership for parts or service. There are other Mitsubishi dealers to choose from. More

Worst place ever! !!!! Spent over 3hours both times there’s with an appointment… they changed out my plate cover without my permission and threw away mine that meant a !!!!
