Chip was awesome. We showed up to look at a new Mitsubishi Outlander, but when we found that wasn't big enough for the family, Chip showed us several other vehicles an We showed up to look at a new Mitsubishi Outlander, but when we found that wasn't big enough for the family, Chip showed us several other vehicles and worked with us to find our newer Chevy Traverse. Chip is very knowledgeable about cars, and he has a wonderful positive demeanor. You could tell he loves his job and has a great working relationship with his co-workers. I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, purchased in May of 2021 and I really like this new car. I took her in for her 10,000 mile oil change and brought a coupon, Chris the service writer said "It's part of m 2021 and I really like this new car. I took her in for her 10,000 mile oil change and brought a coupon, Chris the service writer said "It's part of my warranty" asked if I wanted my tires rotated, I had to pay for that but worth it, found a nail in my front tire. I could have had the car washed, but had to get back to work. I really like the Dealership and Chris and was not there for more than a hour. I will only go there for all maintenance and keep up the good work. More
