This was the second time I was in for my transmission. It has been replaced 23 days earlier. A part on the replacement transmission failed and caused quite a mess. I spoke to Chris in the service department. He was always very polite and kept in touch with me. They had my car for 4 days and called me after the repairs were completed. I got down to the shop and discovered there was damage to the rear bumper of the vehicle. It appeared someone back it into something or backed into it. Chris took responsibility for it and sent it off to the body shop to be fixed. I got the car back this week. It is nice to see someone accept responsibility for a change. Here is hoping the repairs hold and they do not need to see me again until regular service is necessary. More
