My vehicle was initially at your dealership for approximately one week for a transmission replacement, which cost nearly $8,000. However, just one day after the transmission repair was completed, my vehicle displayed engine issues that had not previously been identified. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership, where it remained for another week. During this time, I experienced significant difficulty receiving updates or communication, despite multiple attempts to obtain answers. Eventually, I was informed that an additional repair was needed for the EVAP canister at a cost of $1,300. I am concerned that this issue was not identified during the original diagnostic, especially given the extent and cost of the initial repair. Additionally, the lack of timely communication throughout this process has been frustrating and unprofessional. More
