Unbelievable that they took the Direct TV out & the coffee. Boring to stare at the walls. I’ve been coming here like 25 years & always had complimentary TV & coffee machine. Car buying is stressful! Even more so when your personality doesn't match with the sales person that was stationed by the door when you arrive. As a woman all too often I'm met with condescending a personality doesn't match with the sales person that was stationed by the door when you arrive. As a woman all too often I'm met with condescending attitude or dismissive attitude when buying a car. I experienced such frustration at Bell Road Mitsubishi. However, I also experienced a management team that recognized this and immediately stepped in to ease my frustration and help me feel "great" about buying the car we selected. Eddie and several others talked to me, not at me and we laughed and joked. They even stayed after the doors should have been locked. That's why I'll return if I need/want another Mitsubishi! More
