The reason for my review is because my problem has not been fixed. I have been to this location for the same problem 5 times and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my a/c. I took it to a mechani been fixed. I have been to this location for the same problem 5 times and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my a/c. I took it to a mechanic near me and they figured out the problem. I think the techs are either lazy or uneducated in the matter. The only reason I didn’t give less stars is because the service manager Rick is an amazing guy and if this rating was based solely on him then the rating would be higher. More
