We had not made a private auto purchase in years and frankly we have very low expectations for a efficient, no-hassle experience. What a nice surprise. Chris Reed was consummate pro and has a complete grasp of the vehicle technical aspects as well as the buying process. Even the closing details went smoothly as Don Scott Montgomery, business manager, was well prepared and had detailed knowledge of how and what to do to complete the deal. He listened to what we were saying, and worked to send us a list of inventory consisting of vehicles that were a great fit per our conversation. We set up an appointment to meet in person with my family, and he was very patient while life happened and we had to reschedule twice. We have bought cars in 2 different countries and 5 different states and I can honestly say this was the BEST experience i have ever had. I’m sure most of the sales professionals are great, but our experience was phenomenal because of Danny. He even called us the following day to make sure we were still happy and to ask if we had any questions! We really cannot stress enough how much of a powerful and comforting experience we had. We already gave 2 family members his information, so I can assure whoever is reading this that if you are looking for a low pressure, comfortable and compassionate experience with a professional that is going to listen to you and work his best to get you into the RIGHT vehicle, go to Bell Road Toyota and ask for Danny.
