There was this one car in particular he told me that it fits me very well and you know what I ended up picking that car because he was absolutely right! I love my 2018 Toyota Corolla SE! He directed us to Barry the business manager who got us a great loan through Toyota Finance corp. Kirknthen spent more than a half hour explaining different systems in the car including setting up Bluetooth for the phone then explaining the new Lane Departure Assist and the adaptive cruise control. Kirk is a real gentleman and we were lucky to have met him. More

Swindled and fooled I came into this dealership after my overnight on-call shift for a service of my rav4. After being told of an excess of maintenance bills I was told b I came into this dealership after my overnight on-call shift for a service of my rav4. After being told of an excess of maintenance bills I was told by salesman that I could trade in my car for a new one. Being one of my first experience in a dealership I walked out with a brand spankin’ new Tacoma, msrp ~27,000. Little did I know, I got swindled into paying almost $60,000 over 5 years for it. What a deal. Somehow, maybe from my state of mind or combination with the threat of paying maintenance bills; I unknowing signed into a mess of a contract I still find hard to understand its origins. Through the confusing lingo and mumbo jumbo I was tricked into increasing the ‘agreed’ value of the car more then the price on the window. After further discussing my concerns of consumer fraud with the general manager (Stacy Barnett) he explained that I should really take all the responsibility and just pay the amount over time. From my understanding, that I should learn a lesson here. He even expressly stated to me “you got sold”. This dealership not only provides vehicles but life lessons……learned the hard way. More

C-HR Surprise I went online to check on trading in my Toyota Corolla for a new one. Renee Houlihan responded moments after I hit the submit button. She had a new Corolla in my color sitting at the dealer when I arrived. When I told her I wanted to see other types of vehicles in a similar price range, she showed me the Corolla IM and the C-HR. I was surprised when I saw this new Toyota model! It was a perfect fit and had much better ground clearance and cargo space than the Corollas....and very stylish. I was sold except it did not have a CD player. Renee drove me to an electronic store close by for an easy solution and I drove my 2018 C-HR off the lot in no time. The deal was made effortless by Renee and Barry Nabat who did the closing paperwork at Bell Road Toyota. I highly recommend Renee who is very personable and a joy to buy a car from. This is my fifth new Toyota. Trouble free Toyota quality and people like Renee keep me coming back. More
