Kyle, My name is Jason Turrell and I am the service director at Bellingham Ford. I did call you this morning and left you a voice mail. No excuses, it does sound like we let you down. There is no excuse for an oil change to take that long. I am sincerely sorry. If there is anything I can do, I will. But please know that we do care and that your criticism does not fall on deaf ears. It is our goal to treat each and every customer with respect and that includes your time. We did not in this case and for that I am truly sorry.

Hi Jason, I received your voicemail. While I appreciate you reaching out to me I feel as though I need to be perfectly clear. My review is not solely based off last Saturday’s service. Three out of my last four visits to your dealership have resulted in the exact same service that was provided to me Saturday. Having on bad day is something I can deal with. Having multiple experiences like that without any one being able to tell me what is being done to fix the issue is something that is intolerable
