There is no excuse for an oil change to take that long. I am sincerely sorry. If there is anything I can do, I will. Hi Jason, I received your voicemail. While I appreciate you reaching out to me I feel as though I need to be perfectly clear. My review is not solely based off last Saturday’s service. Three out of my last four visits to your dealership have resulted in the exact same service that was provided to me Saturday. Having on bad day is something I can deal with. Having multiple experiences like that without any one being able to tell me what is being done to fix the issue is something that is intolerable
