Called to ask about a vehicle because no one else answered, he answered and was promptly rude telling us “I have no idea what you are talking about”. I am tired of the lies Charlie the service dude did for nearly two years. I understand he is gone, but damage has been done, if you know what I mean. My pickup has been in at least 2 months in the servic nearly two years. I understand he is gone, but damage has been done, if you know what I mean. My pickup has been in at least 2 months in the service center, out of less than 2 years of use. That simply is unacceptable. When I owned my manufacturing company, I would have been horrified by this. When a bad machine went out the door, I personally called the customer. In two cases, I replaced the harvester (todays dollars over 300,00) for free. That build loyalty, and that builds true accountability in your company. Heads roll. More
