Sometimes in the service industry things just can go sideways and that is what happened here. When the service manager, David Carrera, became aware of the situation he called me directly and did not jus sideways and that is what happened here. When the service manager, David Carrera, became aware of the situation he called me directly and did not just work it out but actually came to pick up my vehicle from the house and delivered it when they work was done. His professionalism and friendliness as well as top-notch services more than made up for the initial lack of communication and delays in the work order. I would love to give them a five star but I will look forward to doing so with my vehicle's next service needs. Alittle frustrating to have to wait so long for an oil change. I had an appointment for oil and also asked about 2 other repairs. Seriously took hours.
