Fall storm, raining like never before, Parts of Bellingham been evacuated, creek had a logjam causing dealership to flood. Cars had to be moved, Roof is leaking water coming up through floor. I dropped off my 2018 Ford Focus at the maintenance department with following problems to be addressed: •Condensation in the passenger side Headlight housing. •Passenger side Tail light burned out. department with following problems to be addressed: •Condensation in the passenger side Headlight housing. •Passenger side Tail light burned out. •A/C Smelled like Antifreeze. After picking my vehicle up 3 Days later, NONE of the problems were resolved and I was charged just over 200 dollars for Labor/Diagnosis. (The diagnosis recommended that I change my passenger side Tail light, That I need a new front headlight assembly in order to fix the condensation, and That nothing was wrong with my A/C. I came in wanting these issues resolved, not to be told about issues that I was already aware of. I was disappointed when my vehicle was returned to me before it had the proper maintenance preformed on it. I'm not sure why I'm having to pay anything since my vehicle is still under warranty) While the staff was professional, I feel like I've been ripped off and I won't be having maintenance preformed on my vehicle at this dealership in the future. More
