Detek was really awesome in facilitating the deal on the BD truck. I had a great spotless truck, new tires, low mileage, etc. that I loved. My wife was thinking we should upgrade while I am still working an BD truck. I had a great spotless truck, new tires, low mileage, etc. that I loved. My wife was thinking we should upgrade while I am still working and your truck popped in my facebook listings. It appeared to be a good replacement for my Denali, just more miles than I would have liked, having not previously been a buyer of used vehicles. The CPO program and Derek eased my mind. I drug my feet for a long time but Derek stayed in close contact with me, without being pushy. I really liked my truck enough and was confident in it that I was willing to drive it another 75,000 miles. Derek overcame my objections (stalling tactics) and assured me that trading was a smart decision on my part. Mike and Dee (Donnie) contributed in wrapping up my deal. I just hope that this Denali is as good as my last one. Again, the CPO program eases my mind considerably. More

I had a blown tire replaced. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I may have misunderstood the service rep, but I thought he told me they had returned the spare tire to the underside of the truck where i courteous. I may have misunderstood the service rep, but I thought he told me they had returned the spare tire to the underside of the truck where it is kept until needed, which is what I expected they would do. Instead after I left, I discovered they had merely thrown the spare tire in the bed of the truck. I'm sure it's an easy enough task to do, but I'm 68 and not looking forward to crawling around on my gravel drive to get that spare returned to where it belongs. A little disappointed. More
