The sale didn’t seem important to the first 2 salesmen I spoke with. I had to reach out multiple times and speak with multiple people to get the deal closed. Prior to my arrival I was asked to provide detai spoke with. I had to reach out multiple times and speak with multiple people to get the deal closed. Prior to my arrival I was asked to provide details that I had already provided. Once I arrived at the dealership the staff was helpful. I was surprised that the salesman didn’t take the time to go over anything on the vehicle operation, instruments etc. I did ask that they clean a few spots of the interior as I could tell the vehicle was not completely detailed rather just wiped off with some shine which was smeared on the leather. I have never purchased a vehicle and left the lot without a full tank of gas! This was pretty disappointing! I will say the process getting in and out was quick. After I left it was requested that I bring the title as they did not request it previously and I didn’t even think about it. I was instructed to bring the title and now another copy of my paystub to another dealership closer to me but still 20 mins away. Overall, I think everyone was friendly and helpful but the communication wasn’t the greatest. It seemed every person I worked with had other obligations. Please fill your vehicle buying customers gas tanks before they leave the lot!! More
