We went in told them what we would like to have, payment we wanted and down payment that we could afford. They were very straight forward and after a few hours we were leaving in our brand new car! I couldn't be more pleased, we really enjoyed our experience from the beginning to the end. Our salesman Jeff Johnston was amazing. More
Just purchased a 2018 CTS new from Ben Mynatt Cadillac. It is a great car and it is my 7th Cadillac. It is too bad that the clear coat is flaking off of the right front fender and the dealership is refusin It is a great car and it is my 7th Cadillac. It is too bad that the clear coat is flaking off of the right front fender and the dealership is refusing to take care of this issue. I thought that Cadillac was trying to compete with BMW and Mercedes but you wouldn't know that from my experience. Also it needs a right front heated seat pad, a new door panel and the Cadillac Cue screen doesn't work at times. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks for parts. So a month for parts? Really? I will never do business with this dealership again. They (Ward) are liars and completely unhelpful. I will also never buy another Cadillac ever again. Cadillac dealers have new 2017 vehicles on their lot and they are discontinuing their flagship because nobody wants it. I will own a BMW in short order. More
Bait and switch I was looking for a new truck. I called the dealership ( I live over an hour away), about a particular truck they had advertised. After some negotia I was looking for a new truck. When I went to the dealership that afternoon, it was confirmed that the offer was made, but they had no intention of honoring the offer. Their best rice was several thousand more. Very disappointing on several levels, also as this type of behavior casts a shadow over more reputable dealers. More

The sleaziest dealership that I've ever dealt with. They got my info from True Car and began peppering my email which I ignored because I found a better deal on a Tahoe in Alabama. About to pull the trigger on that purchase, I decided to respond and asked if they could meet the offer that I had. In writing, I was told by Amber Watts that not only could they meet it, they could beat it by $500. Surprised, I verified with her that she had received and reviewed the pricing agreement (from the other dealer). I did not want to drive all the way there only to be told there was a mistake. She said that she had received it and "Yes, Ma'am, we can beat that price by at least $500". She even said that she'd have the car pulled around for us when we got there. That was yesterday evening. Today, my husband I arrived at the time discussed only to be met by confusion and shadiness. We were asked to wait for what felt like forever. Then the sales associate, Bob Krueger, pulled out two papers and started the conversation with "Now this is your price ALL THE WAY IN ALABAMA." and then told us that the car in Alabama was a "base model Premier". I quickly responded that his statement was not true. It has every bell and whistle that comes with the Premier and also has a sunroof, DVD player and On-star. He said "let me go get something". Made us wait again. Returned by conceding that I was right but then said that the car was a 2WD and their available models were all 4WD. Really? I guess the due diligence was not done before agreeing to meet the price on one of their two available 2017 premieres. He didn't even come within a country mile of our price and we got up to leave (too many lies in too little time). He said "have fun driving to Alabama". My husband called him a liar very loudly and a whole crew of sales men (some very large) got in my husband's face. I thought one was about to take a swing. I wish that I would've thought to pull out my phone and record it. They followed us out to the parking lot still trying to sell the whole time (and also yelling). More

Excellent Sales Service - Corvette Grand Sport I was frustrated with another dealer due to no allocation to order a Corvette against. So I happen to phone some other dealers. I spoke with Shannon a I was frustrated with another dealer due to no allocation to order a Corvette against. So I happen to phone some other dealers. I spoke with Shannon at Ben Mynatt. He was a pleasure to deal with and had excellent follow through and communication throughout the whole negotiation, ordering, and delivery of my new Grand Sport Corvette. Shannon really made my Chevy purchase experience the best. I am proud to have bought American again and Shannon and Ben Mynatt are a big reason for this. I look forward to future business with them. Worst experience ever I brought my 2014 CTS-V which I had purchased from them in for service. I had it towed down because of a horrible squealing and shaking coming from t I brought my 2014 CTS-V which I had purchased from them in for service. I had it towed down because of a horrible squealing and shaking coming from the rear of the car. I got down there to pick up a loaner car while they looked at my car and noticed my car being pulled into the service area. After standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out where I needed to go I finally asked the guy that drove my car in and he told me I needed to talk to Chris in a rude manner and walked away. Now I'm standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out who Chris is. A guy named Al walked out of the service bay and I asked him where to go and he said follow me and walked in the office area and immediately got on the phone. So now I'm standing awkwardly in the office not knowing what to do. Finally the infamous Chris shows up and I tell him my name and my car and he immediately tells me it's my aftermarket exhaust causing the problem. I had to argue with him that it wasn't the exhaust and show him the video I took of the sounds it was making and he still stuck with the exhaust being the problem then he sent me to another service manager, I have no idea who he is because he never introduced himself. Here's the main issue I have, when I called and set up the service I told them that the shaking and squealing didn't start until 60-70mph. I get in the car to take the new guy for a ride and let him hear the sounds and I notice the odometer is only 1 mile more than when I had it towed. Somehow this service dept. was able to diagnosis my problem that only happens at 60-70 mph with out even driving it. The new guy and I take the car down the road and sure enough 60 mph squealing and shaking starts and his first words are, "yea that's the exhaust". I would like someone to explain to me how an exhaust makes the same squealing sound a rock in your brake caliper sounds because that's the exact sound it makes. When we got back they pretty much just wrote me off and never offered to fix anything. He said they could readjust the exhaust and see if they fixed it but it wasn't under warranty, ok well if that is the problem you are so positive it is then fix it and give me an estimate of how much it's going to cost. None of that happened, I was never offered a solution other than take it home put the stock exhaust back on it and then bring it back so they can look at it. They are supposed to be mechanics which means they are supposed to fix the issue not assume what it is and tell the customer to get lost. I don't know if it's because I'm a female and they thought they could tell me some nonsense and I would believe it or what but my husband who is a mechanic was standing there telling them it's not the exhaust and this guy that probably never had grease on his hands a day in his life was telling him he was wrong. This was the worst customer service I have ever had, I left in tears because I was so upset. I bought a $50k car from these people and they treated me like I was a liar and a fraud. I even waited two days for roadside service to tow my car to their place because I had such a good experience with the sales team. I wanted to be loyal, I could have taken it to the closest Cadillac place in town to have them work on it and in hindsight I really wish I had. I will never go back to this place and they will never see a dime of my money again. If you are female and go to the service dept. be weary and don't let them treat you like less than a person because they think they can spit out some information and have you believe it. The entire time I was there no one ever greeted me or asked me if they could help and that's basic customer service, if you hate your job as much as it seems maybe customer service isn't your forte. P.S. I went home moved the exhaust around and put rubber hose on all the metal that could possibly touch metal and drove it to work this morning hearing the same noise. More
