I'm a Chevy fan. I can't begin to tell you how many I have had owned over the years. I usually purchase in the same manner each time. I do it online, contacting the dealers in my area. I'm not a big fan of the usual line, 'what can I do to earn you business', but what really frosts me is that they don't listen. With Alan it was a completely different .approach. He was all about listening. I always order vehicles so that I can have exactly what I want. I usually keep one seven years (Chevys last) so I want it to be a perfect fit for my taste. Alan went out of way to search for rebates that I would be entitled to. I am a GM Credit Card holder which I strongly recommend. I got another $3000 off in addition to the other rebates he found for me. Alan did not pester me with calls, emails etc. Answered all my questions. Never talked down to me. Treated me with great respect. I have saved the best for last, his price was the best of the twelve. The two that were close to his price said he could not sell me the vehicle at that price. Had to make 3 phone calls, kept getting disconnected. Got receptionist 4 times, and ended up leaving a message for someone to call me back. When my lease is up, I will not return.
