We had a terrible experience with Bend Honda. We purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from Zack Allen. When buying the car we asked Zack for the code to the keyless door entry. He said we could easil purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from Zack Allen. When buying the car we asked Zack for the code to the keyless door entry. He said we could easily obtain it from a Ford Dealership. After visiting a Ford Dealership we discovered that our car’s driver’s seat had been RECALLED and that it was $150 to obtain our car’s door code. We called Zack and the dealership to see if they would cover the $150 charge. After the Ford Dealership, Lithia Dealership in Eugene and myself called and emailed Bend Honda and Zack several times I finally received a short email from Zack 2 days later telling me “sorry for the misinformation and to try asking another Ford dealer” Our “change engine oil” light also came on two weeks after buying our car. When calling the dealership to check when the oil was last changed I was transferred twice to the wrong person, hung up on, and then finally told that they had no record of it ever being changed. In the end no one seemed to be able to help, or want to help. I was told Zack was the only person who could help me. Any time I called after that I was told Zack was out with a customer, or Zack was on a test drive. This dealership is good at selling cars, but not good at taking care of their customers after. More

Car broke down, braking system went out. wanted a loaner until it was fixed and was told by service department that they don't have loaners. I said I was surprised that Bend Honda did not have loaners and until it was fixed and was told by service department that they don't have loaners.
