Every person greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything they could get us. Needless to say, I was especially impressed with Greg, who went out of his way to make us comfortable, and to make the buying experience a stress free endeavor. He was accompanied by Mike Flaherty who I named the resident service expert, because there was not a question he didn't have the answer to and his technical and in dept knowledge of GM vehicles is second to none. There was no hint of pressure at all from Greg and his handling of our purchase was exceptional. He quietly took care of the paperwork himself to spare us the tedious job of doing it. Last, I would like to acknowledge Andrew, who came to the rescue when a slight misunderstanding existed on both our parts, pertaining to the sales agreement. Through no fault of the above mentioned employees, Andrew immediately took charge and remedied the situation in a professional and reassuring and trustworthy manner, which was very impressive.
