Extremely helpful employees Before i came to Bennett, I was browsing at a buick dealership for a buick regal 2011 at kerbek AC and they basically told me to go to another dealer Before i came to Bennett, I was browsing at a buick dealership for a buick regal 2011 at kerbek AC and they basically told me to go to another dealership since they do not get used cars in often and they didn't seem to want my business. When I went to Bennett all of the staff was friendly and inviting. I was very impressed with Jamie, she found the exact car I wanted with no problem at all! I am so happy with my purchase! This was my first time buying a car and despite a few minor set backs, the process was pleasant and quick! I have to say the horror stories of how long the paperwork takes isn't true! Jamie got all the paperwork prepped and ready to go by the time I came in! Im extremely happy with my car and also the great service I received from Jamie, she went above and beyond! All of our calls and emails to real humans were addressed and returned promptly, however. Sales experience started with Durwood, then worked with Drew and finally Glen. Each employee listened to what I wanted carefully and tried to accommodate the request as best as they could. We ended up purchasing our vehicle here... Narrowed it down to a Chevy or a Toyota. Non commission sales staff here are looking to get you in the vehicle you want, not the commission check they want. They were there to help us with any questions and provided guidance, but did not "hover" like buzzards over "fresh meat". Overall a good experience and the car is very nice, a 2014 Malibu LT. More
