First time buying a car I went to Bennett after looking online for months deciding which car I wanted to buy. I had been in contact with Jim Bryant via email. I also received emails from the management staff. I made an appointment for May 24, 2014. I received a confirmation email from Jim that morning, i responded that I would be there. When I arrived Jim greeted me and informed me that he had other customers. I was disappointed. He introduced me to Drew Ward. I told Drew i was interested in buying a Chevy Cruze. I was extremely nervous because I had never bought a car from a dealership before. He put me at ease instantly. He was extremely friendly. Drew answered all my questions, he was straight forward and honest.He walked me through every step. Mark Hendrickson talked me through the financial aspects. He was very friendly and made me very comfortable. The woman who had me sign all the contracts was very nice and made everything very simple.( I am sorry I cannot remember her name. I could not be happier with my buying experience. I love my new car! Everyone at Bennet Chevrolet was very nice and I would recommend them to everyone!! Great Experience!! I am writing this review because of the great experience I had at Bennett Chevrolet on Memorial Day 2014. I have been to other dealerships in the past I am writing this review because of the great experience I had at Bennett Chevrolet on Memorial Day 2014. I have been to other dealerships in the past where ,unfortunately, my experiences had been less than ideal. Needless to say I have never returned to those dealerships. I had quite the opposite experience at Bennett Chevrolet. I was first greeted on the lot by a friendly face and the welcoming smile of sales person, Tony Rodio. I was very interested in purchasing a new 2014 Camaro and the entire process; from initial greeting to final sale went smoother than I could have ever imagined. I found Tony to be very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable with respect to the car of my interests. There was never any undue pressure or the unappealing hard sell. Tony listened to all of my questions and was able to provide helpful/informative answers with ease. And then came the test drive that sealed the deal!! I was also very satisifed with Bennett Chevrolet's prices. Their prices really can't be beat. I genuinely felt like my sales person was actually working for me and tried to do all that he could to get me into the car of my dreams. I also had a very delightful experience dealing with the Business Manager, Yasmin. It was a pleasure dealing with her. All in all, this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best of the Best I have long since been a Chevrolet guy. I leased my previous 3 new Chevy's from dealers near my home in SJ near Philly. (Mall, Classic, Chevy 73). I also spend most summer weekends at my place down the shore and decided to give Bennet a shot after all the radio ads I have hear over the 7 summers down there. I went in not knowing if I was in a position to make a deal, I was a year into a three year lease on a Malibu that I loved, but with a baby on the way and a 4 year old already, there was just not enough room. I explained my situation, and admitted I may be "helpless". Not wanting to waste too much of my time or theirs, we found fhe least expensive Equinox on the lot, and they ran numbers. We worked to find the best payment option and made a deal. They have upfront pricing, no "gimmicks" and we made a deal. On the spot. I was extremely happy with the deal and they truely seemed to understand my position and not try to "sell" me a car. I told them my postion, and that if they could get me into an Equinox without busting my current budget, they would sell a car. They didn't try to dazzle me with features and fake discounts. They new where we both stood and they worked until we found the right combination of term and down payment to put it all together for me. I think it's the first car buying experience I've ever had where I was actually listened to and not sold to. Matt Fable is awesome! See you in a few years! More

Once I told him what I was looking for, the staff at Bennett ( Andrew Luck and Cecil Lam) went to work and found several vehicles. Jonathan stayed in touch with me and called when vehicles came available. I looked at two or three and they still were not exactly what I wanted. Jonathan and the staff did not pressure me at all, they just went back to work looking for the vehicle I wanted. After two weeks of searching they found exactly what I wanted at a price I could not believe. In addition, I secured an extended warranty again at an unbelievable price. Jonathan was polite, knowledgeable and diligent in finding me exactly the car I wanted. I recommend Bennett Chevrolet and Jonathan to anyone looking for that special car. More
