I was in the market for an Equinox. I had done my own research on the vehicle as well as my trade-in value. I met with Tony, we reviewed all my wants and he proceeded to search for the vehicle both on t research on the vehicle as well as my trade-in value. In the meantime, my vehicle was assessed and I was given a trade-in value along with an estimate of cost which was right in line with what I wanted to pay. Let me start by saying that the deal I got on my 2013 Sonic was amazing. The features it included for the price I paid trumped every competitor car in that price range. He was very upfront and realistic about everything - a big plus, and was also knowledgable of the extensive features on my car. My one complaint is that when I got into my car, started it, and released the clutch (it's a 5spd manual), the car lurched forward a couple feet and stalled because the technician that had parked it there had left it in first gear.. Now I'm probably partially at fault for not checking if it was in neutral, but I felt that was unnecessary because I had expected the technicians at Bennett to know better (apparently not). Luckily the emergency brake was on and the car stopped just short of hitting the brand new Silverado parked in front of it. Aside from that event, I am fully satisfied with the services provided by Bennett Chevrolet and would buy a car from them again. More
