He listened to my sob story and even knowing that i was desperate he didnt once pressure me to buy anything or to even look. he talked to me like a father, he gave me advice that was unbiased and welcomed. He helped me find the car that was right for me and he also urged me to take my time and really feel comfortable with the car and the numbers. When he called me on Dec. 26th and asked if I could help him get a car,he found one he really liked. I could not get up to Bennett Chevrolet that night from Cape May. He then handed me the phone and I was introduced to Mark Hendricks a very polite man. He then told me how to fill out the form needed on line. With that done I was able to get to the dealer the next morning. It was a pleasure to meet Mark. He went out of his way to make sure that William got just what he was looking for and then some. Everything was done in no time and William drove away with his car and a BIG smile on his face and it is still there. In this day and age it is rare to find people that go out of their way to help and Mark is just that person. My son and I went to multiple dealers on dec 27th looking for a car for my son..after visiting many dealers in the egg harbor area with dealing with not so enthused employess and i was about to give up, my s for a car for my son..after visiting many dealers in the egg harbor area with dealing with not so enthused employess and i was about to give up, my step son suggested we go visit Bennett Chevy. i believe we got their around 8:45pm and im sure very close to closing time, from the time we entered the building we were greeted by Mark Hendricks. Mark didnt seem to care that they were about to close, he started handling our business and was very polite, Mark and my son talked about what kind of car he was looking for, within minutes Mark had a car perfect for my son, my son test drove it and fell in love with the car, only issue my son told Mark was that the seat wasnt a powered seat, as my son has a disability and needs to wear leg braces in order to function with every day needs, Mark went out of his way to see if they could add a power seat switch in it for him. When Mark called us the next morning informing us he couldnt do that, Mark didnt even think for a second about saying oh well thats it, Mark went out of his way to find another car that was suitible for my sons needs, Mark also went out of his way to make sure my son got the best discount possible and the best trade in value for his car possible to make the payments of this 2011 malibu in the price range my son could afford.I have dealt with many dealers myself through out the yrs and i have to say Mark has topped all dealers that i have come across, he has a great personality, he busted his butt getting my son into a very nice car, and Mark was very pleasant from start to finish. If i could give him an award the all the time he spent helping my son and taking his time to make sure my son understood everything.
