I would highly recommend Bennett Chevrolet if you're looking for a new vehicle. I initially requested information and submitted a trade-in request online on a Sunday, and even though the dealership was looking for a new vehicle. I initially requested information and submitted a trade-in request online on a Sunday, and even though the dealership was closed, I received an email from Scott Lam a short time later. I was already sold on a 2011 Equinox LT, but wanted to find the best deal. I went in for a test drive and Scott went over all the features of the Equinox. When we got back to the dealership and started discussing pricing, he let me know he had found a $1000 rebate for current Saturn owners - this was a nice surprise. The pricing (and trade-in value) was fair without any pressure to purchase the vehicle. They didn't have the model I wanted in their inventory, so Scott went over a list of Equinoxes available to do a trade at other dealers and made sure that I would be ok with any extras that may be included. He was in contact with me every step of the way and even sent me a picture of my Equinox after it got to the dealership. He was very thorough and had all of my paperwork ready to go when I went in to purchase the vehicle. It made everything very quick and easy. I worked with Donald Hood for the financing and extended warranty. Again, there was never any pressure to buy the extended warranty, GAP or accident/health insurance. Once I signed all the paperwork and was ready to go, Scott helped me set up the OnStar service and Bluetooth. He took a good 20 minutes to go over all the features in the car and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked - and let me know if I had any questions not to hesitate to contact him. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced - it's the way car buying should be. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I will definitely go back to Bennett. I love my new Equinox - thank you!! More

It was the perfect size car for going to my son's baseball games and even grocery shopping. Donald Hood the Manager at the time was wonderful, as a women you can feel a little intimidated buying a car on your own. Both the Salesman Andy and the Manager Donald made me feel very safe with my purchase and very happy with my car payments and working them into my budget. Everything from the time I walked on the lot till I drove off with I like to say my new car was a very professional and enjoyable experience. I purchased my first 2011 Camaro SS/RS in August of 2010. The car was priced right and was not inflated due to the demand of the new fifth generation Camaro. From the time I stepped on the lot I felt welcomed and none of the typical sales pressure that I have experienced at other local dealers. I was greeted by Tony Di Salvio and was very comfortable dealing with him and other members of the sales team, Donald Hood, and Cecil Lam. The whole experience from beginning to end was painless. I did have some problems with the paint on my first Camaro that I did not notice until after I took delivery. I promptly notified the dealer and they assured me they would take care of it. I did have my doubts at first. They absolutely took care of the problems; they went above and beyond to insure I was happy. So through this process I ended up dealing with Tony Di Salvio, Rich Anderson, Russ Cranmer, and Cecil Lam. I was so satisfied that we went back and purchased another 2011 Camaro in October of 2010. Then in December we needed an affordable car for our daughter and we purchased a certified used 2008 Pontiac. At this point I can say I have been made to feel like family and would never consider purchasing a vehicle at another dealership. The entire dealership works as a team and it is evident from the time you walk through the doors. We also have our cars serviced at Bennett Chevrolet; everyone is very friendly and continues to make us feel at home. I have recently purchased another certified used car and just as before the purchase experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend Bennett Chevrolet and I feel confident you will not find a friendlier, more honest, more knowledgeable, family oriented, dealership in the tri state area. More
To Whom It May Concern, My wife and I started out wanting to buy a new car so we looked at the Chevy Cruz and we looked at the Malibu. we had a Impalia and we brought it at the Bennett Chevrolet. So Tony the salesmen was very helpful by showing us the different cars that was in stock but none of the cars he showed us was not what we wanted so i told Tony what we wanted and he said that he will be able to get it. and two days later he called my wife cell phone and notified us that he had a car we wanted, so we looked at the car and we were very happy with the car that Tony showed us , So the bottom line is that we brought the car and drove away and our judgement of Tony is he is a very good salesmen. This is the best dealership we've been to soo far. We went to a lot of chevy dealers in New Jersey but this gave us the best price. We got the price to wherever we wanted to. This is a big company. Before we went in there, we though it was going to be expensive but i guess we were wrong. We got a good deal on a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro. When we said we could only affordd on something under 500$ a month, they gave us a better one ----- it was under 450$ !!!!!!!!! -----... I have a son that soon will be driving and he cant wait to get in the car and start driving it. Its the best, I recommend anybody to go here. More
After doing some research on Bennetts website, I had a good idea of what I wanted in a new vehicle. He did not hesitate in getting a test drive and explained all the features. He was very professional doing the paperwork and getting everything in order, including taking care of the insurance changeover. Don, the sales manager, was extremely helpful getting the numbers together for us, and I walked out with the vehicle that day. Would not hesitate to buy a new vehicel from Bennetts again. More

I originally started my car search on the internet and had been dealing with Scott for two or three days through e-mail. I set up an appointment to test drive a car, which I was allowed to drive for several hours. What a great way to test drive a vehicle! It was then I realized that I did not want that vehicle. No problem, no pressure. I asked to try another vehicle and I was guided to one that fit my budget with the options I wanted. After testing driving this one, I actually wanted to look at a third car. This was not a problem. Scott very willingly catered to what I wanted. This was the car I wanted! When it came to negotiating, they heard what I said and worked within my budget. No pushing, no swaying. They let me choose and gave me ample time to make my decision. I went into the dealership VERY stressed out and left VERY happy with my new car (2011 Chevy Malibu)! The finance manager Joe, was organized and friendly. Signing for a loan has never been easier. Cecile, the GM, came over to meet me, but did not hang around and let his employees do their jobs, which they were all obviously very well trained and comfortable with what they were doing. The dealership was clean and friendly. The doors were opened for me each and every time I entered the showroom by different employees. I was asked if I needed help, but not to the point where it was annoying. Everyone seemed to be happy to work there, from the cashier to the service department to management. After I returned home last night, I was talking to a friend about my experience and said that I walked away knowing I made the right choice and felt extremely happy that I was given the best deal possible for me. I do not know too may people who have purchased a car and walked out of the dealership feeling better than when they walking into the dealership. If I had to pick one bad experience.......there was not one Diet Coke in the dealership to be had, only Diet Pepsi!! LOL! More
